I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ yrs. Recently had business at our local Verizon store where I met Donald Fischer, he assisted my husband and I and I'm here to say he was the most professional, helpful and pleasant sales rep we've ever had here. Before this encounter we contemplated leaving Verizon. He deserves more than a gold star, he is definitely an asset to your business. Thanks so much to Donald, your help was greatly appreciated!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. My family and I have worked with multiple sales associates here over the years, and they’ve always been friendly, patient, respectful, and transparent. My father and I even recently moved away from the area, but we came back to visit solely because of how much we love the care and service we receive.
Kyle Baker and Kyle (didn’t get his last name, but he was new, helping, and following along) helped us tremendously when switching back over, were very knowledgeable in different factors that would apply to the plans we wanted, were patient, and helped us understand each step and even helped us when it came to necessary accessories as well! Transparency, customer service, knowledge, and friendliness are big things to me and everyone here has always exceeded my expectations. Their helpfulness and service also continues afterwards with check-ins and availability over the phone. Will be always going here for our cell phone and cell service needs! Thanks!

Typically a person to buy a phone online and set up myself but my parents told me to go see Willam Novak after their great experience and easy process. Defiantly would recommend going into this Verizon.

Doyle was a pleasant salesperson to work with. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help and work with his customers. He definitely made getting a new phone a wonderful experience.

Doyle was awesome with helping me get a new phone. He took extra steps and went through everything with the phone and how to use it. Including the camera which is very important to me. He also recognized us when we entered the store. He is great and has awesome customer service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The person they assisted me was extremely knowledgeable with the transition to my new phones. He gave very good advice and info that swayed my purchase to the S23 ultra as opposed to the S23+. I am very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience.

Our sales representative, Doyle was extremely helpful, and courteous! Not only did the store have a lot of customers walk in. He had three desks with customers that he made ALL of us feel like we had his undivided attention. Doyle was able to answer all questions and we all felt like we weren't being rushed ever!! I just had a great experience with Doyle! He went the extra mile to help me get the most out of my purchase. He took the time to look through my account and see if there were any ways I could save each month. I only came in for a phone but left with a phone and watch. My watch monthly price went down too! From $.84 to $.55 per month. Typically, when I buy a phone I feel like my head is spinning with all the different fees and discounts. Not this time... Doyle rules!

We worked with Doyle recently due to a damaged phone. There were aome obstacles with who our account was listed under. He was wonderful in helping us navigate that situation, he was able to order me a phone that was delivered the next day. We took it to him and he was able to transfer everything seamlessly. He was wonderful to work with , we will definitely return to this location dor his assistance in the future.

Highly recommend this business. My wife and I recently had an urgent phone need on a Friday evening and this Verizon Retailer exceeded our expectations.
When someone takes pride in and excells at their vocation, sports...art...white collar...blue collar, it is very satisfying to be a part of an interaction with them.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous(even when extremely busy).
Our situation required us to spend money we weren't necessarily wanting to spend. But we ended up with our problem resolved and are confident with the end result.

Doyle was fantastic!! Answered all questions with no rush. Very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone! It's hard to find good help but he went above and beyond!!

Doyle is the BEST! I went into the store with a relatively simple goal. Doyle went through all of our special offers given our tenure with Verizon, pieced together an amazing puzzle of which phone on what plan, what to upgrade instead of keeping, for literal cents on our current monthly bill. He had all the math written out as we looked over each line’s needs (personal, business, iPad for kids) and had us walking away with 3 new phones and 1 new iPad for less than $10 more than what we pay now. I sat with him for over 2 hours, as he shared his hot wheels car with our 2 yo and 3 yo, and swapped parenting stories. Keep Doyle happy, Verizon, because he’ll definitely help you gain and keep customers. THANK YOU DOYLE!

Doyle was the best sales guy I have ever experienced at a Verizon! He was very in depth with explaining everything in regards to getting a new phone. He was very personable and very easy to get along with. He kept us laughing the entire time and we never doubted anything he had to say. We will 100% return to this Verizon solely to work with him again. Highly recommend him as a sales guy!
