The manager (Lexy I think) was great. I had clicked on something that I shouldn't have and messed up my phone. I stopped in, she took a look and after a few minutes, had it restored to like new. No pressure about upgrades and didn't make me feel stupid for doing something I shouldn't have. I will be back to her store. Thank you! Great service!

Lexy is fantastic! Staff greeted customers as they arrived. Bit of a wait since several people stopped in, but it was worth it. Got a great deal!

Despite visiting for an annoying and aggravating situation, which was by now means T-Mobile's fault per se, set staff, Trevor in the particular was kind, understanding, professional, and more than helpful. Thankful to have my "No Phone Nightmare Scenario " over with so I can move on and get back to work. I need my phone for my business,to stay in touch with my clients and conduct business in general so again, very relieved and satisfied with the service I received.

Gabby was so sweet I’m from out of town and my new iPhone was dead but when I went to charge it I realized I didn’t have a dock in the box she let me come in and get a charge so I could get a much needed number! Thank you so much gabby you saved the day!

I have been a very loyal customer since 2013. Everyone from the Team members in the stores to the customer care service are so friendly and they can almost always fix any issues I have with my phone. They are the best mobile network ever!!!

I am so very impressed with Domanick and Steven. They took the time to go through every detail of our account to make sure that we were in the right plan for our phone upgrade. The were helpful and detailed with their explanations, and they even gave us their business cards and said if we have problems come back and they will help us fix them! What amazing guys! They are an asset to the organization and we will definitely be back because of them!

I've never had a problem going there...even when it was Sprint. I've been a loyal Sprint customer since 2007.
The staff is very courteous & helpful, and the stock/design layout is way more user friendly.

Nick was extremely helpful and fast with helping me switch from Verizon to T mobile. There were no hidden fees or multiple things to sign. A few questions and very easy to talk to! Thanks for you help , Nick! 10/10

Absolutely diabolical, online it said they were open. I went to said store and they were closed, I had important things to do and this happening is absolutely unacceptable, i find this service preposterous and I think i should get a happy meal as compensation. Thank you in advance.

9/12/21. Sam greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He was very polite and professional. My case dealt with an I Phone issue. He was able to help me and direct me with Apple Support. I tip my hat too Sam. Thank you sir!!! One happy customer..

Went to the Coldwater Road T-Mobile Store in Fort Wayne to Activate an I phone 11 phone a friend gave us to replace the one we lost. We were greeted right away by Gabby (customer service rep). She had no idea but she made our trip to this store a great experience. We were in and out with a working phone in 30-45 minutes. Gabby set everything up for us. Downloaded our info from our I-cloud. She was a joy and was great to work with.
The key to my story is we have been to our home store in Indianapolis (Michigan Road) 5 separate times this week to get what Gabby did in 30 minutes.
My son lives in Ft Wayne and I will come to see Gabby before going to my local store in Indianapolis Indiana.
Make sure to ask for her.

Lexi was amazing. I can't say enough good things about her. It's the extras in the customer service that leave the impression and she all it took was her demeanor. Too many times I've been passed off to someone else, bounced around etc but she stuck with me the entire time. Thank you

Employee was friendly & helpful. The renovated space is smaller. So at busy day/times it'll feel crowded. But still better than the Dupont road location. That location is terrible, the employees at Dupont Rd are Not very knowledgeable & don't know what they're doing at that location.

Domanick and Drew were a MASSIVE help to me today, and even though the issue took ages to solve, they both went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it.

Yeah. Never had a problem with this store. Very accommodating. Cordial, real people with honest options about the tech in their store. They can't help you unless you have some idea about what you might be looking for, all these uptight, prick reviewers on here expect way too much in miracles. Lead them, tell them you want to see phones and sundry and they'll help you. Otherwise they can't read your thoughts, they're not magicians.

I was greeted at the door and they were able to promptly resolve my issue. Very kind and helpful. Definitely a positive experience despite originally dreading having to go there. Turns out my fear was irrational and they do a great job!

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Told them, and received great, quick customer service. Left with a great device and new data plan that SAVED me money to get more....
The service you receive is typically based on how you act and present yourself.
Be a douchebag when you go in, you'll probably be treated like one-

Excellent customer service. No pressure sales. Everything is the same from Verizon except I am saving 40 bucks a month!

Thank you so much Andrew! He was kind and knowledgeable about products. Was even really sweet to my daughter and let her watch cartoons on his own tablet so he could help me set my phone up! Even helped me lower my bill and walked away with more items! He was amazing and I thank him so much!!!
