This is my favorite Hot Topic in Las Vegas. John is the manager and he's always so sweet and kind, always goes out of his way to make sure our shopping experience is great. This location is also really stocked most days and it's not so crowded so it's great!

These types of large chain specialty stores are generally consistent in product offering, so the employees become a big part of how good or bad a store is. This store has Jake and John!

Both are super helpful, and John always recognizes us and makes extra effort to help us find what we are looking for.

We thoroughly appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude!

What's not to love? Great store not too packed and weren't hounded by staff. Great feeling and even better merch.

I'm never disappointed here. My girls love shopping here. There is always something for their taste. Only one thing, I wish they had more clothing that is x-small.

The kids in their are very helpful and great with customer service

Took my 13-year-old daughter in there she loved the clothes they were so helpful and the people that are just simply amazing. Their personalities are beautiful and they are very perky. The company is blessed to have them you don't always get that personality or that type of vibe anymore from a lot of places. We will go there again

Jared is such an amazing person, I was looking to purchase a gift for my daughter but she was with me at the time and didn't want her to know, not only did he help me find the gift but also had Ella ring me up in secret lol ♥ I love these two employees they made my day, you both are Amazing 👏 ❤

John!! Thank you for being so awesome always! We live in AZ and drive out all the time and always look forward to seeing our usual hot topic people! Kim and John are our favorite people. I love this hot topic ! The employees are always welcoming and nice. I went the other day and John helped me apply for credit card with HT and answered all my questions 😁 he was very nice

To be honest I haven't been to this store for 15 years and it looks the same except seems smaller than other stores that I remember 😂

I adore this place, it always has clothing from a lot of my favorite artists and many things to cater to a variety of tastes and audiences.

Its a cool store to shop for unique stuff and clothes. If you love anime, cute stuff or bands then this is the place for you.

I've been going to this store since I was a kid and while it's not the hard core goth store it used to be it's still my number one place for interesting jewelry, fun accessories, and cartoon themed swimsuits.
I'll get to have a bad experience with the staff. They always seem to be just as into the atmosphere as I am . The only downside is that many of outfits I love often don't fit :( and sadly their men's selection has withered away to mostly t-shirts.

Love this place! I got my wife a bunch of new shirts. And they all look beautiful on her. I like this store because it has a lot of unique things that you just can't find anywhere else. Plus the customer service here was great. They were very helpful in helping us find the correct sizes that we needed. Thank you!

This place is one of the best stores to find adult Cosplay and costume jewelry as well as you're inner Gothic nerd!!! Some Disney stuff for sure too! Such a groovy store.
