The staff is very friendly and they are ppl too that should not be disrespected. If so, they can refuse service. If this store is convenient to you don't disrespect them. It's a great place to shop and the atmosphere should be enjoyable for everyone meaning employees to customers and customers to employees as well.

Shopping in shop smart is really a wonderful experience. They always have all products in stock.
The management of the store is also very helpful. Adam and Oscar are always very accommodating. They are friendly and cheerful. Whenever I walk into the store I am greeted with a friendly hello.
I fully recommend shopping there.

Shopsmart is a step above. The managers Adam and Oscar are super friendly and even when it is hectic they make sure you are being helped. Nice environment, clean, organized store, delicious take out.

Adam, the manager, is courteous and helpful and has always been extremely respectful! He has also helped ensure that Shop Smart's involvement with various cheesed projects runs smoothly. Shop Smart is a great store and is very lucky to have Adam.

What an amazing place to shop!!! Its a store that if there is an item you need they will provide it for you!! No matter what!from gluten free products to certain cuts of meat! Always helpful and with a smile! What an unbelievable service by adam and Oscar! Even if its a last min. Item and they are closing already, they will treat everyone with out most respect!

This supermarket is conveniently located and accessible. They have ample and secure parking. There is everything one might need for a basic shopping. Prices are convenient and staff are great. Excellent services. Adore shopping at this place.

Hello Adam the night Manager is an Amazing guy , he treats me with respect when i walk in and leavethe store , not only is Adam great so is the whole Staff. Great selection of food and the manager there is an X Israeli soldier he is so on top of his game and super helpful... After the service he provided I can no longer shop anywhere again definitely when you go ask for Adam he's amazing and has a good joke when your feeling down Thanks again

This place always has whatever you need at any given time. The sushi is absolutely amazing
The lines are usually short and fast and the help is very accommodating a great place to shop for a missing item or your whole grocery list.

They have a big selection of kosher food items including meat, takeout, and fresh delicious sushi. They also sell household items, utensils and have an outdoor keilim mikvah available for anyone to use. They usually have sale items but produce can be a bit pricey.

Big Super Market very convenient good location has a lot of produce. Kosher store they sell different types of produce plus meat fish. Staff is very friendly if you need any help that always ready to help you. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I personally know the night manager, adam and he is friendly and respectful person. this whole video is an attempt to shmear his name, lashon hora and rechilus. i don't think anyone who would be called an ANIMAL by customers would respond differently. i'm sure if everyone who is writing bad reviews here knew what happened before and they would be disgusted at the customers.
