The UPS Store

I order a lot from Amazon and now that Kohl's doesn't accept returns, this UPS location is my new "go to". So far, all has been good during the few times that I've been there. Friendly customer service, no long lines, and accurate processing.

I have never had an issue besides a line from this store being busy, went it late tonight like 30 mins before close and Connor was helping me figure out how to make some Amazon returns when a group of like 6 people came in with a full truck load of Amazon returns and 4 people with another car load. Connor dealt with it all in a speedy fashion, give that man a raise!

I had an Amazon order to return and I was in and out within 5 minutes! Great customer service. Looking at the other reviews, just seems like you need to come in earlier so there isn't such a long wait.

the clerk who helped me was exceptionally helpful and nice! I had 2 awkward boxes and he helped me bring them in and took care of them quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout my time there. Based on my experience i would highly recommend this store to anyone!

So, I’m not really sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I can only share mine..I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year and have maybe visited 6-7 times. The first two were to pick up packages, and the other times were to drop off. Every single time I’ve been there, I have never had to wait. Usually, it’s me and another individual, but that’s it. I’ve never had any rude experiences and every visit has gone smooth and super quick (regardless of the season and time of the day). I’ve been in and out literally less than 5 minutes. The recent visit I had to do an Amazon return, and I just gave them the products and let them scan the QR code from my email - no hassle! If you ever experienced a bad visit here, then I’m sorry that happened, but the people who work here are really friendly and work hard to make sure their customers are set.

I have avoided going into the ups store in Perry Hall for a very long time even though I live across the street. The man that previously work there was horrible. He was always nasty never helpful and tried to be very intimidating. Yesterday I needed to ship a package but didn't have time to run around trying to avoid going into the ups store 3 minutes from my house.Im happy to say I took a chance and went in. The lady at the front counter was very nice. She directed me to another associate his name was Brian he was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I will continue to use this location thanks again for the good customer service.

Was there earlier this afternoon and my service was extremely wonderful. I usually come early in the morning not anymore. Early daytime employees are slow and seem lazy but tonight i had issues with my amazon and Kim figured it out so i would get my refund. Thanks so much for your help. I appreciate it very much. The crrew there tonight was amazing. See you again soon.

Paul, Brian, & Brion are wonderful!! Anyone else who writes a review, talking down on this location should reevaluate themselves! I have been coming here for years, and never had a bad experience. If anything they are extremely helpful, and FRIENDLY!!! If you go in there with an attitude, and already annoyed, what do you expect in return?!! I have witnessed so many people in and out of there being so dang rude! They all work hard day in and day out. I ships stuff 3-4 times a week and never had any problems with the packages ever being late either! That speaks volumes on how much they care about their jobs, and their responsibility towards our parcels! Be nice people!!! It helps!

Who knew you could return Xfinity equipment at your local UPS Store?! The staff was extremely helpful and informative on the process. They will even print the label for you for a small fee.

I had two very large and awkward shaped items to mail - so much so I felt bad even entering the store! I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was- Paul didn't skip a beat he immediately began figuring out how to get these things packaged properly and spent more time than I would ever expect to ensure they were packaged securely and was so pleasant the entire time! He could have very easily said sorry- you're going to have to package that on your own and come back, (again, these items were no easy task to package), but Nope- he stepped right in to help! THANK YOU PERRY HALL UPS TEAM!

Five Stars to Brent at this location. I have experienced customer service before but never like this. I needed to ship something very fragile and very important to me. He went out of his way to make sure my package was addressed in a caring manner. For that, I really thank you Brent!!

My experience was amazing!!! Getting off at 6pm doesn't give you a lot of time to handle important personal matters. Just when I thought I was out of time and options, I was graced with excellent customer service and left me more than happy. I live in Belcamp and will always do business here!

I would like to commend your employee, Kavish Shah at your UPS store in Perry Hall, MD. Mr Shah was so helpful to me when I was there today, June 30, 2021. What a nice young man, helpful, polite, and he had a very nice manner

I originally had a problem with this UPS store this time last year (Oct 2016) but have used them a handful of times since and experienced much better customer service! Some things must have changed because the staff is friendly, quick, and helpful without any issues now. 👍

Every time I've been to this store the service is great, and the employees are very friendly. I've sent items with and without boxes at this store and they are very quick and reasonable on prices. It also has pretty convenient parking because there's entrances front and back. Great shop to work with.

I have been using this location for years! I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees there and the service has always been fast. Even if there is a line, they tend to get people in and out as quickly as possible!

I have never had a problem at this site. The older gentleman is friendly and often has a friendly conversation with me. This my go to for returns!

They always have my information ready to go. They wrap and package my Christmas box to go to Texas. Never had a problem with personal. They are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Bobby is the best!!!!! She not only moves fast but She took the time to help me out with some copying from my email address . I had already been to two stores that would not help me thank you Bobby! Excellent customer service
