I use to hate coming to this store because the gentleman there where super rude but i was next door doing laundry and decided to check out the store. Let me say the customer service went from 20 to 100. The ladies there are super kind and very helpful. Also convinced me to add a line & also the new manager there is great, we need more like her in cricket stores.

Love this cricket location. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. There’s a young lady who’s name is Jennifer I believe who always helps me! I’ve been awful with coming in at the last minute knowing they should be closing soon and she always stays to help me with my problems. I live closer to another location but I much rather make the trip to this location! Awesome Service !!

Well.. Today we went in with a tall order, Diana (I think that was her name) was very friendly and knew tons in regards to all the products and services offered. She was friendly and and patient. Excellent example of what customer service should look like. Thanks folks.

the girl who was there helping was super nice and helpful even though she was very busy with other customer here and it looked like she was the only one working. she still helped me figured out my new phone and also transfer everything to my new phone from my old, highly recommend this cricket here.

I ported over from boost because my coverage was super bad but also the phone quality. I had the LG stylo 4 with boost & got the same phone with cricket and there's a big difference. Thanks to the girl in that store who provided me with the best information & convinced me to switch. I love Cricket Wireless.
