Had all my needs to not only pay my bill easily but showed me a very nice phone I would like to get. Very courtesies employees. I use a electric mobility scooter to trips like to t-mobile and a employee is always right there to open the door for me which is very appreciated. I will be staying with this company for awhile.

Great customer service. Both the rep on the floor and the tech guy who fixed my two phones were awesome on two different days. I will always go to this t mobile no matter how busy. Beware of lamb and Charleston t mobile.

5 stars for this store. We came to return a controller and ended up getting 5 star service on a completely separate issue I'm having with T-mobile's 3rd party insurance company, Assurant.

Cisco helped us and he was fantastic. Not only was Cisco fantastic but while I waited I saw all of the other the other employees hustling too.

Went there yesterday to get phone fix. I have to say they are awesome, customer service was on point, I will be back in the future for problems and issues. Thanks to the team on Cheyenne T-Mobile y’all are the real deal for getting the job done!!!

The staff was helpful and patient. They took the time to help teach me more about the LG V10 I upgraded to. They also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Friendly and personable.

Just went in for help on one of my lines and ended up walking out with 2 new tablets with line and an iphone for my kid with the specials the representative told me about. Just in time for the holidays.
