Went to the Boston St. Baltimore, MD location. I was full of anxiety 😕,needing a new phone😱
The service rep ,Lay, was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Her store manager Chris was also very helpful. Everything about my purchase was explained in terms that I could understand. I am pleased with my purchases & the level of service. I will shop there again and I will recommend this location to family & friends 🙂 Jessica H ❤

Spent an hour upgrading to a new device, the upgrade was super simple and only took so long due to a device feature which we quickly resolved. The hour went by very fast with the help of Jalaysia and would recommend anyone to work with her as she is very patient, understating and very helpful.

Sharyta was an absolute delight to work with, and super patient with me being a dinosaur and not knowing how phones work. She was the only staff member there and beautifully handled several customers at the same time with excellent patience. 10/10, would totally buy a phone from her again.

I absolutely LOVED the customer service provided by Sharyta, Jay & Antonio. They were VERY helpful & exceeded way beyond the call of customer service. They were very polite, informative & overall PROFESSIONAL! I was very impressed that such a young staff could provide such great service. Canton is now my new favorite AT & T store! Awesome employees they are.

Antonio was exceptional! He is a people person. He is patient and knowledgeable. I almost felt like writing him a thank you note because he made my day! Jasmin was super knowledgeable and very helpful!… Antonio mentioned that I could get an upgrade for my phone and I have to tell you that nobody sells me hardly anything and he convinced me. Working with people like this, Jasmin and Antonio give you faith in the human race once again. Could not have been happier!

The very young women at this branch was extremely friendly professional and helpful! She took the time to hear and fully understand my need's. I’m so glad I decided to stop in and experience high quality customer service and obtain a service from The Company! Great they were in my Yodel voice! 😂 I would definitely recommend anyone who’s considering new service or further assistance with your current service you have with AT&T to stop and and be made whole !!!

CJ is the man! This store can get busy, but it is usually dead if you show up in the morning. CJ was there and knew everything....did not have to look up any information and just knew it off the top of his head. He made great recommendations based on what I was looking for and was helpful and quick. Got a new phone and was back home in no time!

After 20+ years with AT&T, I was ready to move on and already had quotes from competitors but wanted to give them one last try. I’ve been to this location multiple times and always had a negative experience. Too busy. People not knowing information I was requesting, etc. Fortunately, Jasmine (Jae) made the difference and I’m staying with AT&T. Jae could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and downright effective in general. Absolutely rebuilt my confidence in AT&T, sold me a new plan and the iPhone 14 Max with multiple accessories (had some great demo techniques that blew me away)! I was not even planning to purchase when I went in. She is outstanding and I highly recommend anyone asking for her directly though as she noted, she was very well trained and has a great manager and team. Jae is a superstar level employee and I look forward to working with her again when I pick up my new phone! Thanks so much Jae and AT&T!

McKenzie was awesome, she was helpful, super knowledgeable, personable... I walked in and was out the door in 20 minutes with my new iPhone all set up ready to go. If she had taken me up on my offer to have a drink after she got off work I’d give 6 out of 5 stars… but alas, it was not to be.

My experience at this location was wonderful. I came in for a new phone and the Black Friday deals. Alex helped me, and was able to get me in the right phone and add the correct accessories. Alex even got me a discount because of my dads military service. Great experience all around.

Danielle, who ran the floor while I was there, is superbly competent. She knew her inventory, had answers at the ready, and struck just the right balance of professionalism and approachability. I chose that AT&T store because of their customer service. I had worked with a different sales manager years before, and her customer service is what brought me back. My only concern was that there was only one person working the floor. I don’t say this as a customer’s complaint. I say this as a competent professional female who has seen two other competent, professional women run the floor on their own. Having a second person in the store is something that I would recommend for anyone’s safety. Wherever I worked, I would want a second person present, for the safety of myself, the store, and the customer. Danielle is excellent at her job. The discomfort I felt was the discomfort of walking out of the store, and wondering if she would be ok. Overly-“friendly” and overly-aggressive customers would not be something that I would like to manage on my own, one-to-one, or with a store full of customers. I would question that as a company policy anywhere. All of the technology was locked down in the interest if its value and safety. Why have precautions for the merchandise but not the merchant? Their value is higher than any product. It is in the best interests of the person, the products, and the store to have excellent employees. What brought me back to the store was an excellent employee, like Danielle.
