Eastern Performance Cycles

I went to Eastern because the dealer will no longer service my 2003 Harley. Since that I have taken both my bikes, 2003 Nightrain and 2021 Street Glide Special to Eastern to have after market accessories installed as well as regular maintenance. The entire staff is awesome. Great communication and calls if there are things they find while working on my bikes. Derek, Chris, Cody, and Mike are the best. Will continue to use them when service is needed or I am going to install more accessories. Derek and I have already discussed what is next :)

Just ordered my 21 front wheel set up. It was my first time and Derek (web sales manager) hooked me up!!! His communication was EXCELLENT! Made everything super easy and his prices were better than buying on eBay and/or Amazon. Sent me pictures of the wheel, told me what I needed, even helped me find the perfect set of rotors to compliment the wheel! All I gotta do is wait a few days for it to get here and install it! I stopped by here soon after I had gotten my bike in June as I was checking out some of the local shops in my area. They have an extensive selection of products, product types, and brands (in-store & online), as well as having dependable connections with the businesses whose products they sell which results in overall better service on the customer’s end.

The initial (and in my opinion, best) aspects that I like about this shop is how welcoming, friendly, and helpful they are. A lot of people throw these words around to describe their personal experience with certain people / a shop that they’ve dealt with but it truly describes how this shop is with it’s customers, not just me.

I’ve come in on occasion just to discuss plans and best ways forward for my 2005 Road King and everybody I’ve talked has wanted to listen and converse in order to help you with whatever ideas or plans you may have. I’ve mainly worked with Derek, Matt, and Chris but all of them have something to bring to table due to their own personal experiences and are honestly great to work with / talk to. I’ve dealt with multiple shops in the area for a variety of vehicles over the years and their pricing is on par, if not better, than the surrounding shops when you take into account their comprehensive list of services, knowledge, quality of customer service, communication skills, etc.

I would highly recommend stopping by the shop if you’re local to see what they can help you out with, whether it’s ordering parts (with good deals) or getting work done on your bike, to include basic things like mileage interval services.

Derek and the team at Eastern Performance are amazing. I ordered a custom front wheel for my newest bagger build, and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong rotor bolts. Derek called me the next morning to make sure that I was able to get exactly what I needed. Eastern Performance has just become my go-to spot for parts and accessories.

I bought a 21inch Enforcer Rim. The service was great, they added the right abs bearing for the tire I was using. I think it took me like 5 minutes to purchase the rim over the phone, the guys called me as they were getting my order ready. The rim was double boxed and Shipping was super fast. I would most definitely recommend them to anybody looking for Harley accessories.

Always a good group over there usually deal with Matt I beleave he has more knowledge than most ,very surprised by what he recalls from memory with all the different bikes and parts he deals with on the daily ,highly recommended this business for parts or repairs have recommended several people to them and have not been disappointed

I've used them for multiple high cost (300$+) items for my Harley Davidson and I'm extremely happy with every purchase! I highly recommend them. I have purchased exhaust, S&S EFI parts, and so on! Never an issue with sales, support, communication, nada!

1st time going to them has been amazing. Matt Ross sourced all the parts I wanted, worked up a parts and labor cost that beat other places by $300.00 which I used to purchase a Backrest for my 2023 Street Glide. He gave me a promise date of completion which was meet. Bike was clean and stunning. FRIENDS AND FAMILY THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! BTW the entire staff is very accommodating.

Ok went back to Matt to inquire about Khrome Werks slip ons. Well he had them in stock, set up installation for the next day, showed up at 7.45am , was riding bike with new Khrome werks exhaust..took 1 hr, price was great

I purchased the Aquatic AV 288W Sirius XM Bluetooth USB iPod MP3 AUX Replacement Radio Harley 98-13 SKU: Aquatic AV AQ-MP-5UBT-HS from Eastern Performance. The price for this was so much less at Eastern Performance than every other supplier that I initially thought it might have been a scam or even the wrong radio. It is the exact same I was comparing and the correct radio I was looking for. It was shipped the Monday morning after I ordered on-line on a Sunday evening. Transit time took 2 days so I had it delivered by Wednesday evening. It arrived in it's original sealed packaging and that packing was placed into a larger box with ample paper padding to protect it. Overall a perfect experience and the Aquatic system is everything the reviews said it would be. I have it connected to Hogtunes 356F Gen3 5.25" 6 Ohm Replacement Front Speakers mounted in the fairing. It sounds great and installs very simply with the Harley factory wiring for power, speakers and bar controls. Operation is simple and flawless. It took less than an hour to swap my factory radio with this Aquatic AV MP+ in my 2002 Electra Glide using the already mounted fairing speakers. Thanks again Eastern Performance. I will be using this supplier from now onwards. I recommend them highly and also recommend highly the Aquatic Harley replacement radios.

Had new exhaust (khrome werks) put on by Eastern Performance. I could not be happier with the work done. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend using Eastern Performance.

I'm in the process of customizing a bike. I've dealt with a bunch of on line parts places. These guys are by far, the best. Service has been great and they have been very helpful. Even suggested some changes from what I was planning that I appreciate very much! One of the best things about them is when they are open, you can get someone on the phone, every time! Special shout out to Derek. Most helpful person I've dealt with! He made sure I had everything I needed to complete the build. Only wish they were closer so I could take advantage of the shop!

I've been a customer of Eastern Performance for about 15 yrs now. I started calling Derek and the parts guys back then for advice and parts for my 08' SG when I first bought it. I purchased everything from custom wheels to exhaust , gauges and more from them . Fast shipping , great prices, enormous inventory of parts and most of all a vast knowledge of parts and accessories. If they don't have the parts or I have questions of how something works, they research it and get me exactly what I need. Present day I am still doing the same with my 21' RG and all these yrs later I get the same level of expertise and service. I live out of state and have never been to their store or met these people in person but every time I call they treat me like we have known each other for yrs. I can honestly say if and when I need anything for my bikes this is the only place I will shop!

My story is that there's a problem for my Akrapovic slip-on and the staff in Akrapovic can do nothing when I contacted them for support.

But Heather in Eastern Performance Cycles did help me solve the issue without any problem. People there are very kind, grateful and professional. I'm so appreciated with everything they did for me.
It has been a long time I didn't meet such seller like them who is willing to take responsibility and easy communication. I'm a happy customer and will recommend all my friends to buy parts from them again :-)
