I ONLY GAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEE HARD WORK!
First of all they need to add more employees on the floor. We literally waited 1.5hours for an employee to help us and thankfully we had Alex and Emanie (Sorry is misspelled) there they were very polite and attentive to each customer they worked with. They need at least 3 people in this store! They had a lot of customers leave due to the long wait and it’s not on the employee it’s on the GM who needs to watch how many customers leave due to the wait time. We have dealt with most of the employees at this store and nothing but positive feedback for these hard working individuals. Management needs to add another staff member at this store!

These guys are amazing! My phone stopped working due to it dropping. One Verizon store didn't help me at all, came to these guys and walked out with a new phone along with a case and screen protector. Amazing service. I had the store manager I believe. Will be back for any more needs or issues I have!

Great customer service from Chris. Was able to order a replacement phone and they will help me transfer all data from my damaged phone.

I CANNOT say enough GREAT things about this store & t-mobile in general.
When I call the store, I can still speak to a rep AT THAT STORE! I feel like that's rare these days.
The reps at this location are always super friendly & helpful, offer great suggestions, & don't make me feel rushed.
Over the many years of being with t-mobile, I've received numerous upgrades to my plan without even having to ask, have seen improvements in cell service quality, & have gotten nothing but great customer service.
This is by far & away one company I wish I could give more than 5 stars to. ❤

OMG! This branch rocks! They accomplished what Customer Support (611 aka Philippines) couldn't even do or knew how to do. TJ is the man! Experiencing any hotspot issues? Get in touch with TJ today. There is absolute value in visiting this branch versus calling 611. Trust.

This review is more for Dane that the place itself. Dane is incredible. Customer service at it's best. Dane resolved a complex problem to my account that took 2+ hours of talking to different representatives within T-Mobile. Couldn't have kept my same phone number without him after it got cancelled erroneously. Thanks to Dane! Highly recommended.

Great experience! We got a nice deal and a wholesome conversation with T.J.
He is so good at what he does and he really seems to love it. He gave such authentic customer service that made my fiance and I feel appreciated and cared for. I think this guy deserves a party thrown in his honor. He also had to handle a crass employee (female brn curly hair 20's) that walked out for a 45 min lunch break while there were 5 families waiting in the queue already.( She shouted to T.J from across the room that she was taking her break infront of all of us) . (I was like wwhat. Oh snap..no she didn't...she did). He worked fast and efficiently to complete the task we needed, throughout the intolerable stress said employee left him and the other fellas to handle. Good job T.J. you are, da man.

I came yesterday to trade my note 7 for a new one. There were only 2 people working in the store and about 2-3 hour wait. I waited and it was finally my turn and the manager Rochelle assisted me. It is quite the process but she got it done and was very sweet. I could tell it was a busy day and they were doing their best to accommodate customers. Overall I had a good experience and would go back there if need be.

After a super awful experience at a different location, this one was amazing. While the store was pretty busy, there were multiple employees working. We were approached by 2 within the first 2 minutes making sure we were on the wait list and a description of our issue. We waited for about 10 minutes while they helped 2 parties before us. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend if you need any T-mobile services in the area.

We were adding my mother-in-Law to our plan and the gentleman who helped us was great. He helped her figure out which phone (her first smart phone) would be best for her and then added her. This process did take almost two hours, but that mostly because she was asking a ton of questions and because her current phone was so old it was having problems transferring her information to the new phone.

This location was clean, parking was easy and the people were friendly.

Kyle was amazing! he got my upgrade and was overall great with customer service!!! i was in there a little past closing time but all the staff was super nice and understanding!!!

They were excellent. They handled my problem with my phone very quickly and made me feel like I was important. It was great.

TJ Hall knew his products and helpful to all. Shirt staffed and he plunged harder through it to help as many as possible, two hours after his shift ended!

I’m deploying soon and I came into this store wanting to switch to T-mobile for the deployment. I had been told so many different things before coming to the store to make the switch. I was frustrated and emotional. The sales associate and manager were super patient with me and explained everything. I truly appreciate their help and knowledge. I don’t remember their names. Sales associate had short dark hair and glasses (male) and the manager was a blond woman. Thanks, guys, for breaking it down “Barney style” (as we say in the military) for me!

The place was chill. I was able to get what I wanted without be hassled. The guy I dealt with was friendly and laid back. He helped me get what I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend the Beavercreek location for sure.

Sarah Helped me make the switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and it was a breeze, Sarah went above and beyond to inform me about all the options and features of the plans, Overall Staff is super cool and informative, I will definitely recommend this store to all my relatives and friends.

Zak and 3 others were absolutely fantastic on 4th July.
Could not be happier with the service.
