On February 28, 2024 at approximately 3pm I walked into the Lafayette, LA location on Kaliste Saloom. The employee working never greeted me, smiled, nor welcomed me into the store or asked if I needed any assistance. I worked customer service for years and understand what it means to be professional and to greet potential customers when they walk into your business.

No refunds period! I popped in after leaving pilates this morning and picked out a few items. I specifically asked and skipped buying sale items so I could return if it didn’t fit. When I came to return SAME DAY…they said no refunds only store credit or exchanges. I won’t shop here again after I use my “store credits.
