Ralphs

Thankful for this grocery store. Has every department you need as well as a small amount of Asian and Latin goods. Propane outside and will soon have a Starbucks inside too.

Really nice and clean and the employees are friendly. They still have baggers, unlike many grocery stores that have eschewed baggers to cut costs. There’s a bank, a fresh flowers section, and a bakery, so it’s pretty full featured here. If you’re shopping on a budget don’t forget to check out the discounted items on two racks in the hallway leading to the bathrooms. This Ralph’s accepts EBT.

Have shopped here over 30 years. Always friendly and a huge selection to choose from.

Always have what I need and always clean ! Good customer service to go along with it, this Ralph’s carries organic meats and produce which is a score! Check this place out if you need foods to products to everything almost!

Nice Ralph’s. Very clean. Meat dept had good looking cuts of meat. Produce was fresh. All in all, a nice grocery store.

I go shopping here from time to time. The empLoyees at this store are very nice. Shopping hours are very fLexibLe & very convenient. On 9-1-22, i happen to stop by to do a LittLe shopping on my way home after a doctor's appt. It was 105° degrees outside 😳 and kind of uncomfortable.
Soon as i entered the store i was greeted very niceLy, and i noticed that everyone in the store was pretty upbeat, incLuding the other shoppers! My mood was boosted up a few notches right away 😊
A "speciaL" shout out to KyeLLe, a very nice young Lady empLoyee, who offered a 110% of her time and heLped me @ the seLf quick checkout. My discounts, bags, etc.

A fairly quiet ralphs which is decently stocked with products. I have never had any problems finding what I needed and I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. Their workers are friendly and helpful. How fast you go through the line depends on the cashier. Some are really fast and some are slow. Overall no complaints.

Clean, stocked up and staff is wonderful. Produce is great and my family and I have been customers here for over 5yrs and will continue to be. Thank you Ralphs staff especially my favorite cashiers; Theresa, Maron and Diane. Always makes us feel welcomed and exceeds the friendly customer service. Keep up the Great work and God bless all of you.

I have been so happy with our new Baker Leslie! She has made me two cakes, and I got so many compliments on how good and nice they are. She is my new go to for cakes. They look so professional and elegant. Like a cake out of a pinterest pin. Thank you Leslie for all you do.

This is my neighborhood Ralphs but I wouldn't go anywhere else even if it wasn't the closest grocery store. Parking is good, except for around Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE when everyone is trying to get groceries at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always kind and do a good job of keeping the checkout lines moving. I wish they had self checkout though for the quick 2-3 item stops rather than waiting in line.

When I heard how this store rallied around their neighbors and the police and fire for the Canyon Fire, I had to go thank the manager for what they did. You don't often hear of stores who stay open to help victims, give them good and other items they need; charge their phones, etc.. This store had always had good service.

This store has amazing customer service!!! One of the managers not sure what her name is but she has medium length black hair and wears glasses. She is always super friendly and always smiling. She is always a pleasure talking to.

This Ralphs is clean and the food is always fresh. Never have had a problem with the fruit, veggies, fresh meat or fish I have purchased. The lines can get long but they've always been really conscious if that happens and then open another check out aisle.

I like Ralph's I buy the turkey sandwich and the beverage with chips it's delicious and the sugar cookies they sell really good food and it's great variety brands.

Shopping at Ralph's is a pleasant experience. However sometimes employee dress is not up to Ralph's standards. Need to visit the stores and evaluate by corporate personnel.
