I can't express enough how much I appreciate Lowe's Hardware. Their extensive selection of tools, materials, and home improvement products never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. I recently undertook a DIY garden renovation and the team at Lowe's provided invaluable advice and support throughout the entire process. The store is well-organized and clean, making shopping a breeze. Lowe's is, without a doubt, my top choice for all my hardware needs!

Three of the associates were called to meet me at my car, to help me with a return and take a large box out of my car.. This is not my closest Lowes, but i was impressed with the attitude and energy of the young men at this location.. One of them said it was his first night; another one said he enjoyed providing good customer service, and another one picked up the box alone . It was a great start to a lovely evening.

I visited today to get my favorite soil, but I think they don't sell it ,(fox farm) but , instead I bought 6 plants, beautiful ones, I got bummed, when they had this,almost dead plant ,for a full price of $22 ,and I know I could revived it, in couple of weeks ,and I asked the cashier if I can get a discount for it ,but she said no, I felt bad because it seemed like the plant will died if no one will take care of it the soil was totally dried and the plant dehydrated, and is such of waste, ti let go a plant to died instead of selling it for a discounted price like they had some for a %50 discount, but she was rude wen i asked for a discount, so I said never mind, I she took it. Sad sad .

Helpful staff. Out of a lot of items, but with the current logistics and global supply chain issues, not surprised. Same items we're looking for are out at Home Depot, too, so can't blame Lowe's.

Clean, friendly, and prices are still ok, considering. A good Lowe's store worth visiting.

This place is awesome and amazing. The people are wonderful. I just love this Lowe’s on Charleston in The in Decatur. It’s crazy awesome

I always find what I need and they are very helpful and friendly at this location. I also buy my xmas trees here and they always point out what just arrived and the freshness of the tree as I pick mine out. I'm always happy when I leave there.

Well, you know how hard it is to find a good product, so I went to Lowe’s looking for an appliance with no idea about it , well I was lucky to had Bryan help me. He went out his way to help me find the appliance i was looking for at an amazing price. Bryan’s patience is outstanding. I will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience with Lowe’s and Bryan.

The manager in the paint department did everything to make me feel comfortable and find the right color for my project.
They were able to color match a spray paint I loved and make it into a paint I could brush on.

Just love this place everybody’s so helpful they come soon as you walk in the door they ask if you need anything and then When you’re shopping they ask if you finding everything I mean they’re amazing it’s like soon as you walk in the door the people are like can I help you? What do you need? What are you looking for? How can I help you find what you want then shopping through the store you want across some employee and they’re like you find everything all right anything you need can I help you in anyway, those is very nice place here in Charleston Decatur but of course I love Charleston in Decatur in this corner a long time many many years actually in this area right here many years going back to eight 1986

The ladies in the garden department are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. One even helped me load my car. I was there this morning

I shop in the store almost every week for some thing and I love it great selection and feels like more luxury items here.

Our home away from home. They always have what we need for our unending home projects and repairs. love the help we get when we don't know exactly how to do something like lighting. Just ask!

As I was prepping for Hurricane Hilary and the potential impact to Vegas, I went to Lowe's to grab sandbags. I had frankly no idea what I was doing nor anyway to easily move the bags - fortunately, Massimo was kind enough to not only help me think through some solutions but load 1k lbs of sandbags in my car. Thank you for your kindness and service!

What's a great store comparing with so many others I love Lowe,s whatever I need especially to build up back my home after it's been destroyed by the tenant I always find it there at Lowe's very convenient prices are way lower than other material stores without any names also the staff or Amazon they always step in to help me out with the right choice .. the staff are highly knowledgeable also they have lots of patience and very kind and helpful I don't see that anywhere else but Lowe's...
I like to thank them all for all the effort the offer in order to do that the choice ... All the staff deserve five stars service and the store deserve five Stars fire the high quality of their products...🤭🤭

Good people and very helpful. Make sure to go to the front and ask for help with something. They won't help if they think someone else is helping.

I always love going here. There are always so many nice things and I especially love the variety of house plants. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about where things are located and answering questions. My favorite place to leisurely wander around.

The staff was extra helpful on my last visit. 2 different times I asked a staff member for the location of a product and they used the app to tell me exactly where to go. Made my trip fast and painless.
