The UPS Store

We had to return shoes and printed label out at library so we weren't fully prepared when we walked in. As the kind lady if she could tape the label for us and she went ahead and printed our receipt and said she'd take care of it for us. So we basically didn't have to stand there longer then necessary. Wonderful service.

I've had a mailbox at this UPS Store for so long, I'm not even sure when I got it. Certainly over 15 years ago, which is an excellent indication of how satisfied I am with the service I receive. I have packages sent there, I've had printing done, documents notarized and more. And I have never had any complaints in all of that time. Everything works exactly the way it should and the prices are very reasonable.

Now,after all these years, I have to close the box and they offered to keep it open another month to make sure I knew I was getting no more mail there. That is far above and beyond service I have gotten anywhere. So I can highly recommend it to anyone who needs a mailbox or other services offered at that location.

I have had a box here for several years, and I have never once had a problem. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I have had them hold mountains of packages for me at a time, and forward my mail to me all over the country. This is my official address in the U.S. and all of my most important mail comes here, so it is necessary to have people I can trust and can rely on them. I am 100% satisfied with this UPS Store. In fact, I just renewed my box for another year.

The staff at this UPS location are really good. They'll attend to your shipping needs, get you the best rates and you're on your way! It''s the best UPS location in Las Vegas! Also, they're super friendly people.

Every time I have to drop off a package I go out of my way to come to this UPS store-no matter how far I am! Everyone in the staff treats me so well, and they are super proficient in what they do! As soon as I walk in they greet me like family and it makes me feel at ease knowing my package is in safe hands! I recommend this UPS store to everyone!

I have never encountered poor customer service at at Grape Street UPS Store. There is one closer to my home, but good customer service is very important to me. I highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a customer first UPS Store, check out the one on Grape St in Lake Elsinore.

Great experience at this UPS Store. I was visiting my folks in Vegas and had a couple of large items I needed shipped back to NC. I told them I wanted to do it as inexpensively as possible and they made it happen. Got my items today and they were beautifully packed and here on time. Thanks so much! Will recommend!

They have been great ever since I walked in the door over four years ago and opened an account for my dog rescue. They have been very supportive and always helpful. We even put them on our web page.

I’ve been frequenting this UPS store and renting a mailbox here for the last 12 years. I couldn’t recommend them any higher, they’re a top notch operation. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They have everything you need.

Amazing kind people. I’m in there a few times a week and they couldn’t be nicer. One of the guys even showed me how to mail them my labels on my iPhone to make it easier.
