Saul & Alex provided excellent service and information, they are super friendly and professional and made my process extremely fast and easy, this is my shipping spot from now on because I know it will be sent out and arrive on time. These guys understand and have the the knowledge I needed to answer a lot of my shipping and receiving questions and gave me peace of mind and assurance, that using this store was my best option for and successful delivery. This is one of the most quality UPS stores I've been in. Every time I go in I'm always greeted with Hi. I brought in a package to print the return label, associates were having a hard time figuring it out. For example I brought a package in, that I was returning to eBay. The way eBay sets up the return label made it difficult a couple of the guys tried with no success with the exception of a gentleman named Finn he initially was having problems with it in the beginning but he was very persistent and finally solved the problem and was able to get the product out which was very important to me all I have to say is the store is dedicated to excellence when I go in their I'm always greeted with a high a hello or smile. Even when they're busy. Thanks guys keep up the good work it's very satisfying to me and the community 👍

The people working here are always friendly and helpful in my experience. Anytime I need something shipped or need to do a return I always stop here. Top notch customer service.

Most friendly ups store ever. The female manager and two other male employees were very helpful and friendly. The manager gave me great tips and helped me save fees for my Amazone return. It was a wonderful experience. I saved only $2 but hey, it’s the thought and the service that matters, right?

Feels a little awkward reviewing the UPS store as it's akin to reviewing the post office. But like the USPS, they provide an important service that is frequently overlooked. After having a poor experience at another UPS access point that "lost" my package, it was refreshing to see how meticulous they were in ensuring that they gave me the correct package AND in verifying that I was authorized to pick up said package. From the mature lady to the younger gentleman with the awesome facial hair, the staff here are always friendly and efficient. I went from being concerned about porch pirates to being concerned about dishonest employees. Now I drive out of my way so that I don't have to worry about either.

The best UPS store there. The team are so friendly and efficient. They actually want to help you out. I love the positive and friendly vibes. Yes, it can get busy but that is because people want to go there. They get you thru fast and always treat me great. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to ship in the northern OC area.

Hands down best UPS store in this area. The only location, which doesn’t overcharge you for printing and emailing your return label. In fact they even do it for free..

Came here for notarized service for a work assignment. Line was not too long, service seemed straightforward, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Not bad if you ask me.

Plenty of parking outside, and the store itself doesn't feel claustrophobic.

Inventory-wise, there's a decent amount, but this is UPS, not the USPS. So if you forgot tape to seal a box that you have to ship out, these folks will tape up your box for you... Gratis.

All in all, decent place to get delivery and notary services started.

This branch is one of the greatest branches in OC. Sometimes I didn't tape up a couple of boxes, but they tape them up for me. Also, every staff is so friendly and tries to help customers out as quickly as possible!
