Irena (I'm so sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was an absolute joy, as well as incredibly helpful - she provided both myself and my mom options that we hadn't previously seen and catered to our separate senses of fashion wonderfully. The store was well organized and fun to be in, and the clothes I got are so soft, too! Definitely recommend!

The manager here spent so much time with my twin teens finding them the perfect fit, and then she helped me too! She explained in detail how to care for their premium jeans and made the whole experience for me and my girls perfect!! This will be our go to for great clothes and great service. Thank you!!

The first time I went to Madewell, it was in Scottsdale and I felt so nervous to find jeans in my size. I thought the Scottsdale ladies would judge me or be unsupportive — but they were fabulous and multiple employees in the store were cheering me on as I tried on jeans.

And then I visited my home store in Tucson. And every time I’ve been in this store, the people are rude and snooty and absolutely unhelpful. It’s so disappointing every time I visit this location. It’s been years of this experience and I’m writing this review now because I just walked out of *another* experience there that felt so weird and condescending and discouraging.

I would expect these experiences from the Scottsdale store, but never from a store in Tucson. I’m someone who will easily brush off experiences and give folks the benefit of the doubt…. But why is your staff consistently snooty and rude?
