AT&T Store

Awesome experience! Staff memeber Izajah was super helpful and respectful and knew exactly what I needed. He kept it real with the whole time and it made for a very trust worthy experience! I definitely recommend and trust this AT&T.

I came in for what ended up being a quick tech fix on my phone, but Ace took the time to notice that we were not on the best plan to fit our family needs. He went a step further than my original issues, answered our questions and ended up saving us a significant amount of money. His extensive knowledge both with offering a technology fix in seconds along with his customer service were much appreciated.

The representatives, Lizzy and Danae, at this location are truly amazing! They were so patient with transferring me over from my previous carrier. They walked me through the entire process and were there next to me every step of the way!

Had to write this as soon as I got my new phone working. The dude Dominque, or dom(forgive me for the spelling) is the absolute best. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process smooth even with the bumps in the road. He is a great conversationalist and makes the entire process much more comfortable and less awkward. Hope he sees this and understands the influence he has on people! Thanks dude! <3

I came in on a few occasions and was helped by Josh. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to get us in and out quickly. We were able to lower our bill by $40 because he helped us review our account so thoroughly. Not only that but my dad was able to upgrade is phone (which was much need) with no hassle at all and very quickly. We are very happy with the work Josh has done for us! Chris also was a great help to us!

Dom, Ace, Danae absolutely amazing!!! The’s best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Could not recommend them more, they made my transition to AT&T worth every dollar!!!

Everyone at this store was extremely helpful, especially Dom, Ace, and the manager Danaé! All 3 of them very effectively helped me solve every issue I had, from lowering my bill to helping me upgrade my phone. I got $1000 off my new phone for trading my old one in!! Danae was a huge help today. He was extremely polite and so very helpful. He made feel appreciated and like valued customers. The stores entire staff was cheerful and upbeat. Quite a difference from the hilltop store. Rarely have a pleasant experience there. It's much closer to our home but the drive to upton in worth it because of it's staff. Thanks again Danae, you're awesome!!!

Erica made trading in my husbands old iPhone 6 and my old 8 very easy! She listened to our needs, made great suggestions and answered EVERY question. She was fast, professional and fun!

AT&T employee, Shelayna was very helpful and insightful. I visited the Landstown Common store and was not impressed at all. Instead of helping they were trying to push the product. Shelayna at the Red Mill store listened to what I had going on with my iPhone X and showed me how to properly clean the charging port on my phone. It resolved the issue. She earned our trust and business that day. My new IPhone 15 arrived and I went back to the store and they helped with the transfer of my data. I had an opportunity to observe all the employees in action; they are very impressive from the manager that engaged all the customers and make them feel welcome from the 2 young men helping some older customers with new phones and hotspots. This will be my go to store for mobile device needs. They are a good group of folks. They should be a training store for Landstown Common to send their people before representing AT&T.

Had to stop by AT&T to handle an iPhone reconfiguration. We consider ourselves fortunate - since Dominque Veney (our tech) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He made a pretty complex matter, a short, simple, pleasant experience. Thanks again Dom!

Ace at the At&T store at the Red mill location was a fantastic sales rep. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us easily find the perfect gift for our daughter. He took the time to explain all of our options and made the experience of Christmas shopping a breeze. We are so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance at the At&T store. Thank you, Ace!

Shelayna was a fantastic sales representative! She was extremely patient and helpful while waiting for my information from another carrier (T-Mobile jerks). She helped me get setup with the phone I wanted and even helped me choose accessories and a case that would help me most. She explained my bill to me in depth and even took the time to help other guests while waiting on my information. Definitely a great asset to your company and a pleasure to do business with.

I had the pleasure of working with Tee today. He’s was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge on the different iPhones available. He helped me replace my iPhone 12 and upgrade to an iPhone 14. The whole process was seamless. He even spoke with my parents on the phone to assure them the plan cost would not go up too much. I would recommend asking for him :)

Went into this location to get assistance on how to use my new iPhone after being an Android user for years. The manager, Danae really helped acclimate me to the technology. I am grateful for her assistance.

Very positive experience getting a new phone with follow-up support! Tee, Niki, and Dominique were exceptional representatives to this store location. They're interaction with me and my family is what's making me come back to this store for future needs. Immediate acknowledgement when we came into the store, patient with us taking our time looking at different models and accessories, and their technical knowledge with iPhone settings/configurations saved us from having to call AT&T customer support over the phone for our other supported needs. We were visiting the area when I needed to get my phone replaced. They helped me with getting the replacement and told me to come back if I needed help with transferring everything. I went back and they helped me with everything. We ended up adding my husband to the plan with a new phone and we are saving a bunch of money. We highly recommend this store. Outstanding service!

Went to red mill in hope of getting my info. transfered from old phone, real old, to my new phone. The other at&t location had my phone, and me, there for 2 hours and nothing! Danae was amazing. She took the time to help me, after I explained the situation. It took her 20 minutes to get everything transferred. She was pleasant and professional. I'll only go to the red mill location from now on.
