The girl at the counter, Claire, was very pretty and helpful. She helped me sign up for a rewards card and had a cute smile on the whole time.

I like it since I can get in and out quickly when in a rush.

I have had good in-store experiences so far, but I was just on hold for over 20 minutes with ONE caller ahead of me the entire time. I figured something must be wrong with the phone system so I hung up and called back and then I had “more than 3” callers ahead of me. How are you going to take over 20 minutes on one call when you know you have a queue full?

Walgreens has a wide variety of products:food, otc meds, prescription meds, simple toys, books, and some electronics.

The one issue I have is with the speed of customer service. They have only one position at the pharmacy counter for service. For a company that is essentially a pharmacy with a bonus convenience store attached, I expect the pharmacy to have better service. The staff are nice, but it seems like there is a lack of staff.

Poor quality for photo items. Ordered two photo books but tech put all of the pages into one book. Had to make two separate trips to get it fixed. When they fixed it they left creases on many of the pages. The quality of the photos is awful--everything has a weird orange tint to it, even though the original photos do not. Overpriced for the quality of the product and poor customer service.

Called in my script two days ago and went to pick it up this morning at 9:30 and they said it would take 15 minutes to fill. OK, maybe it's because they just opened and need to catch up. I decided to use this time to run another errand and came back maybe 40 minutes later. My husband went in to grab it and they ask him to wait for it to be filled because they called for me previously and since I didn't come to the counter then, he needed to wait. WHAT?! Did they put it back? No apology, just attitude. I am switching to a different pharmacy (after 3 months here) because it's unfortunately not the first time my script was called in days ahead yet they asked me to wait when I picked it up. I was at a different Walgreens previously and I loved them, efficient and great customer service, but it's nowhere near my new home. This is my very first negative review so that should tell you something.

We recently switched to this Walgreens pharmacy over Wegmans because it is right down the street for us and very convenient. Our dog needs human medication for his epilepsy. We’ve had issues the past 3 times getting his prescription from here. It’s never on time, never ready when they say it is even when you get a text saying it is ready, and they don’t auto refill even though we signed up for that.
We called yesterday to refill his prescription which ran out today (even though it should have been automatically refilled…) And the automated message said it would be ready this morning. Got a text saying it would be ready at 10am. Went in around 12, first issue was that they “couldn’t find me in the system” and were saying I needed to call my vet to have them fix the issue with the prescription. Finally they found me in their system under my phone number (why they couldn’t find it under me, my dogs name nor his birthday?) And they said it would be ready in 10mins.
We left and will come back because we know it wouldn’t be ready in 10mins and couldn’t wait. Now my dog will go a day without his medication which is not good for him.
I don’t understand why there is an issue every time we go. It’s the same prescription, same name, same everything but they act like it’s a huge hassle.

This is the worst rite aid ever. It may have Walgreens on the sign but it never got the attitude adjustment.

be prepared to wait and to be treated like trash. there is no drive-thru and your prescriptions will never be ready when they say they will.

Worst pharmacy EVER ! Unless you don't mind getting your refills days or as much as a week after you run out of your medications! Even if you have auto-refill ! Also I was lied to by a staff member could have been the manager not sure about the pharmacy being closed during normal store hours I was tolded that were updating there system when the truth was there wasn't enough staff to open the pharmacy ! I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone even if you just needed a bandaid !!! NO STARS !

Have had nothing but problems since the switch from Rite Aid the most recent was me calling last week to have a medication delivered by Friday was told sure no problem not to mention I always have them deliver but was told I can't have it reoccurring just to have it not show up and then be bombarded all weekend with text and email saying it's ready for pickup I can't even call though to let them know that it was a problem because their phone line doesn't even work so now I'm stuck with either going to pick it up or waiting for a phone line to work

Worst ever. Pharmacy staff rude and incompetent.
