Loved my experience today in ordering on line and then swinging by to pick it up... it was fast and very convenient!
The only negative was that the web site wouldn’t let me use my 2 free items on 1 order

Came in today, Kelly and Sinia helped my son and I, they make everything special and fun!!!! Always helpful and pleasant and I feel like it is top notch customer service!!!!This is my favorite place to go to treat myself and these fantastic employees make it a gigantic treat of happiness and joy!!!!!!

The store is always clean and the staff are always nice and professional.

There was a gentleman there that helped me find exactly what I needed in a candle that wasn't posted. He went in the back continued to look. I was surprised I've never gotten that much help. Add a bath and body work. He knew what he was talking about. I'm very surprised. You don't have women there that have no idea of what's going on but he did

Last week Aug 19, 2023 we went to Bath&Body Work store in Citrus Heights. Look like this store has changed all the staffs. The manager in this store is not really friendly, she seem like doesn't like Asian like us. And another Mexican staff is keep annoying me like keep passing by me and asking me to move for her to work. I'm a customer, why the staffs keep pushing me like that. You guys should train your employees to know how to treat the customers better, doesn't matter where customers are from. I will not come back to this store again. I'm not feeling treated as well

The women working here are super funny and really nice! I love coming here every once and a while. I rarely buy anything only because my skin is very sensitive and I can't use most of the products there. I do however enjoy the atmosphere and the layout! The store is always clean and smells like a dream!

Great store. Lots of variety. Only shop there when there is good deals. Otherwise, it is to expensive.

I absolutely love this place. Completely addicted to their products! Candles to lotion to body spray to cute little animal shaped oil warmers, whatever you need to smell like heaven, they have you covered. With the ever revolving sales throughout the year it won't break the bank to have the while house smelling amazing year round. Great spot.

Got some great deals on my Christmas shopping, they usually have a great selection but it goes really fast. Sales ladies are great, very friendly and helpful without being overbearing

Love this place! It's like walking into a gas chamber of fragrance. All of the lotion, body wash/butter, hand creams and candles you'll ever need lies within the walls of B&BW. My teenage daughter's force me in here frequently and it's grown on me. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Great place, do check it out 👌👍

I love this place! I get a scent for my car that they carry their and my car smells so good inside all the time. But they have lots of incredibly good stuff and when you approach the doors to walk in you can smell incredible Aroma from there Incredibles selections.

Im traveling and this store was much nicer than mine in terms of service. They also had easy access because their storefront was facing a parking lot. Mine is in a mall and you have to walk so far to get to it. I wish my city was set up like Citrus Heights.

We were immediately greatest by Skip who was super nice and super knowledgeable about the products. He made sure that we found the exact scent that we were looking for. The store was clean and easy to navigate.
