This is our favorite GameStop. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Awesome experience!! I have been trying to buy a PS5 for about a year from several websites/places but these were either sold out rightaway or resold at exorbitant prices (e.g., scalpers). There were online rumors about some Game Stop stores selling PS5 bundles and other consoles on 25-Nov. Called on the 24th and the staff was very helpful at guiding prospective customers regarding online rumors. A flyer was posted in the evening 24-Nov indicating the quantities available (pic attached). On 25-Nov, the staff was very organized (issued tickets) and maintained order (no more than 4 people at a time) when opening doors @ 5pm. Got my PS5 bundle and other accessories!! Highly recommended!!

Always friendly staff, very clean and organized store. Big shout out to Chris working 3/7. He took the time to explain the new rewards program, helped me set up the app on my phone and that's much appreciated..

John at the register is the best! He took the time to help me located what I was looking for, made sure I had warranties on the items I needed and over all made my trip a smooth one. I have been to quite a few game stops throughout Hampton roads and this will now be my home location. Thank you for hiring competent people!

Excellent customer service. My wife and I are not big gamers, just play a little here and there. Alexander did a great job helping us pick out the right system for our gaming needs, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Please give that man a raise, he deserves it.

Have always had a great experience here. They even called to notify us they made a mistake on a pile of trade-ins. We went back and and were refunded another $20.

This is a small location but the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.

This Particular GameStop is great! The GameStop employee there (a guy with long curly, black hair), he's AWESOME & Super knowledgeable and helpful. Great location too.

By far this is the BEST Game Stop in the area! You can actually have a quality intellectual conversation with the employees about any genre of game or system! They are ALWAYS well stocked and have the BEST Midnight Game Release events.

I always hear bad things about gamestop but this one is awsome. The workers were so nice and I got a pretty good deal on some games that I bought.

Store is remodeling. Slimming some console games and space for newer systems.
