Staples

I've used this Staples twice now for printing for my business. I submitted my files online for pick-up in store. My quick prints I received were initially double-sided when I had ordered single-sided but it was corrected quickly & professionally. I returned to the store a second time with a business card order because I was on a time crunch and needed cards quickly and I am very happy with the quality & quantity of cards for the price. I've had a much better experience here than at other printing options in the Simsbury/Avon area.

I had a problem with an item I had purchsed a while ago, and the manager Chris made sure everything was taken care of. We do all of our computer shopping and printing here.

I went to Staples for an Epson printer and got a pretty good deal on an XP-810 from a knowledgeable sales associate who signed me up for a rewards card. I went back to use a coupon from my receipt and noticed a couple of things on sale that I missed out on with a previous purchase, including the printer. I kindly asked the manager about the difference and she looked up my previous purchase with my rewards number and gave me the difference back. Very happy with the customer service and helpful management.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been going to this store for copies. Loren, Teresa, and the rest of the crew in the copy area have been great. They have been very helpful and professional every time I’ve been there. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍👍

Paul helped me print my labels. I am so not internet saavy. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Would give 50 stars. Will come to this staples from now on for all my printing needs

I like Staples because you can use your Staples rewards card on any purchases you make at Staples and they also have self service printing available too.

Sent a fax and it went so smoothly I didn't need to ask for help.
