We’ve always had a great experience at the Natick Bernie & Phyl’s. We’ve made several purchases there and have never had issues with items being in stock or problems with deliveries. Great employees who are attentive and make the buying process easy & quick. We worked with Sam this last time and he was great. He helped with finding us the right option without feeling like we were being pressured and got us in & out in 30 minutes with a delivery date two days later. Highly recommend this location and Sam in particular!

Michelle was wonderful, personable and friendly. We had a very enjoyable sales experience at the Natick store, she was knowledgeable and no pressure. Would definitely recommend working with her when going to purchase a new piece of furniture for your home!

We have made multiple purchases at Bernie & Phyl's over last 10 plus years. They have all been positive but our recent purchases this week was exceptional. Anthony, our sales rep in the Natick store was great. Very cordial and answered all our questions with great attitude and didn't try to upsell us . We got our delivery in 72 hours as promised and the delivery was super. Very friendly with great attitude which is hard to find in today's service world. Much appreciated, keep up the great work.

I went to the Natick location. Service was great. Very knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured by the salesman. We had very specific setup we wanted for our sectional and we were able to get it. Will definitely go back for future furniture needs.

I was very pleased with my experience.

The salesman was knowledgeable and so helpful. I was even able to have the fabric I wanted on the ottoman I chose.

I contacted Bernie and Phil's after learning they carried the Mexi gray rocker recliner recliner made by the Best home furnishings brand. I was very pleased of the selection they had. I really love the design and is also a rocker recliner! I found it differcult to find the exact design that is a rocker. It was this one!

I was treated very cordially by Sam York and another Bernie and Phil's staff member anxious to help me. I was very pleased because I was feeling very desperate to buy another recliner as mine was failing.

I would strongly recommend shopping at Bernie and Phil's as they have a wonderful selection especially if the Boston home furnishings brand!

The service was great. I got exactly what we were looking for plus an entertainment center with a gas fireplace that was on close out for awsome price. My husband, my Daughter and I sat on the couch and immediately said this is the one.
They are holding my delivery upon my request and taking a piece of furniture we no longer need.

I just bought a recliner chair from Sam at the Framingham store, he was wonderful.

We had a great experience purchasing a sofa at the Natick store. Anthony was very knowledgeable and there to answer questions but allowed us to look around at our leisure. The delivery folks had our sofa set up in about 15 minutes. We also appreciated the automated update calls about our delivery. We will definitely go back to this store when we need furniture/
