AT&T Store

As far as the company itself goes, I've never had any issues with AT&T. However Joshua who works at this specific store I do not recommend. If you like being told you can save money on your bill, yet watch your bill double, then Joshua may be your go to guy. On our phone plan that only has 2 people, we discovered we were paying for 4 lines, paying for AT&T home protect that was supposed to be free because Lovely Joshua cancelled our old plan resulting in us losing our HBO Max that was included in our plan. We also discovered we were paying for wireless connections on our smart watches that do in fact not have the wireless capabilities. If you go to this location, don't do business with Joshua. Thank you to the representative on the phone who resolved our issue.
