The sales person Nate (Nathan) at this Verizon store located on North Plank Rd. in Newburgh,NY was so knowledgeable and helpful in solving my problem with my Apple Watch. It was not working at all for me after getting off the phone for hours with Verizon. and doing what they had told me to do. I had talked to Verizon on the phone and got nowhere. I went into the store and he took care of everything very quickly. I was impressed how techie he was in helping me with my problem with my Apple Watch. I would highly recommend this store after spending hours on the phone and getting nowhere. I looked up to locate the closest. Verizon store and was so glad to find that Nate could help me with my problem. I feel he’s an asset to the Verizon company with the knowledge he possesses in that field THANK YOU NATE‼😊

I was amazed at how wonderful Monica was. She is very knowledgeable of her products and services. She set my mind at ease, listened to my concerns and was extremely efficient and fast in selling me the appropriate phone (no bells and whistles.) No pressure, no stress and very affordable. She transferred all of the data and she programmed my phone along with putting a case and pop holder on it. I went to lunch and my new IPhone was ready in 30 minutes. She was extremely personable and caring. She knows all of her customers and everyone there sought her out to say hello. I am pleased that honest, caring, jovial sales people still exist. Quiet store, very friendly and helpful service. I had Nathaniel and Marquis help me set up my new iPhone and Apple Watch. They were very friendly and patient and extremely knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! They did everything for me too. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area. Theo has been there for years. He is definitely calm, and patient! Always willing to go the extra mile to help out. It is a small Verizon store, but that's why I love it. No large crowds and you can get individualized attention! Monica was also super helpful and a good mix with Theo....Monica has super charged energy...
I believe that you should treat people like you want to be treated. This Verizon store always treats me exactly 💯 percent and takes time to just be decent to their customers.
