Excellent Customer Care! Beautiful Gift Tower Package with variety of nuts and dried fruits! When I reported that the peanuts and almonds were stale through chat, they provided prompt help to fill out a form for replacement! The replacement arrived in a week with good quality nuts. I will happily order gifts through Nut Cravings anytime!

Received a 9 nut gift and thought they were stale or rancid. After having others try them we determined they were rancid. No freshness dating on package. Hmmm?
So unless it's someone you dislike or want poisoned, avoid this product. You'd have to be nuts to buy it.

Don't subject yourself to this company!! No way to call and check on your order, falsified delivery information to shut me up, had 2 chat boxes up for help, 1 tried then lied the other looked at my problem and did nothing and never replied to me to even try to help. I ordered a box of mixed nuts for someone near and dear to me for her birthday. I ordered a week in advance and then was sent a message by email from same person I was in chat with(Mae) stating it WAS shipped and would be delivered to above person on her birthday....just to get delivery information from the delivery company they use stating it would be delivered 3 days AFTER her birthday. I'm angry to say the least. Don't use this company, don't end up wishing you had bought something over the counter locally and mailed it priority thru USPS....would have been delivered sooner!!

They include a coupon that looks like a check, even with an endorsement section. Not sure why a company would emulate one of the most obnoxious, deceptive, and predatory practices out there??

Got as a gift unfortunately the nuts are stale. Nice looking package but the nuts are stale. Let me know if you want me to send them back to you in exchange for a package of fresh nuts. Thank you. Received the mixed nut package from my son. The nuts tasted bad, like they were turning rancid. I covered them back up, & when I went to try them a second time, they were infested with moths!!

We received this quite expensive nut and dried fruit tower. Every package of nuts in it were stale and had to be thrown away

Looks like they aren't keen on honouring their commitment to Free Vouchers issued during purchases. It's been weeks since the order has been placed & though there is response it isn't encouraging to make repeat purchases.

Bought the 12 box gift tower for 45.00 on amazon
3 boxes were delivered. You cannot review item or contact them. Turns out they are under investigation , I was refunded. Total scam
