Initially went to check on one thing and was given lots of great information. Decided to trade in my Note 9 for a new S24 Ultra.

The best Verizon store experience I’ve had. I think the girl who helped me was named Angie or Amber (sorry I can’t remember!) but she was very knowledgeable and helped me with my phone which was having storage issues.

I love Kirby and Keona! Both representatives kept my family updated throughout the whole experience. Kirby made the set up quick and easy. He was very thorough and attentive to my concerns and questions. Kirby has a great personality that makes him fun to work with. Kirby even helped my family with new watches too. Kirby is great with kids. I cannot wait for my next visit with Kirby.

Excellent service! I cannot say enough good things about Kirby at the Clayton store. I arrived before the store opened for my pick up. He noticed I was parked outside and opened early for me! He reviewed my plan, made some helpful suggestions for my plan as well as products to support my new phone, and helped apply the screen saver. I am an extremely happy Verizon customer!

Fantastic. I was having an issue with my current phone and stopped by for help. Lauryn was a great help. Explained my options and since I was short on time I returned later that evening. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy helping me get the phone that was best for me. I have had several good experiences at this store over the last several years but she was a little cut above. Thanks

I had phenomenal customer service experience with Bernice. She went above and beyond to assist me. I greatly appreciate her efforts during this current time when it seems that good customer service is non-existent. I hope Bernice continues to set and be a great example.

My husband and I came in to upgrade 1:2 of our phones. Our agent Ricky was phenomenal. Ricky was very patient and attentive to my family. Ricky provided all options for my family and let me know of all of the different offers available to me but he wasn't pushy. We actually left with 2 upgrades. Definitely recommend!

Love this store, Kirby helped my boyfriend get a new phone and has been for the past 4 years. He is an AMAZING person, very personable, I highly recommend going to him!
