Dollar Tree

I placed an online order for eight glasses to be shipped to my home. Three of the eight glasses were broken. I called their 800 number and was told they could refund me the cost of the broken glasses but they could not "reship" due to Covid. Thus, I had to reorder and the minimum order is four glasses. I had the four replacement glasses sent to my local Dollar Tree outlet, thinking they might be packed better. I received an email from Dollar Tree advising me my order had arrived at the local store. I went to the local store and was informed that the truck with my latest order had broken down and to return the following day. I waited two days. I was informed at that time that they cannot find my order and have no record of having received it. The sales clerk was very nice and offered to refund me the cost of the now missing glasses but I told her I would call the 800 number instead. I'm hoping I can convince corporate to just ship me three replacement glasses.

UPDATE: Michelle from the local Dollar Tree called to tell me that one case of the glasses came in and that she would hold out 4 of them. I picked them up today and cleaned corporate back to update. I was really impressed that Michelle remembered me and called to fill my order. Great job!

I went to the dollar tree on December 14th... the cashier was wearing a name tag that said William but I heard another employee call him Daryl I believe... anyway I just want acknowledge the wonderful job this man did. The dollar tree is crazy this time of year and he didnt miss a beat ringing people up... and on top of it made an effort to have a conversation with everyone he helped while calling for help over the system. He did a great job and I left there with a smile on my face because of him! Keep it up William/daryl!

I love this Dollar Tree, much more merchandise than ones closer to my home

Always a great shopping experience. Only bad thing is if you see something out of the ordinary best grab it THEN OR IT WILL BE GONE.
