Super fast, hassle free interaction. The staff was more than happy to help me out with my issue and made me feel right at home in their store. They also don’t believe in wait lines, nor machines to take your payment. All very personal, very hands on. I went in on Tuesday, 5/31, to the Boca Chica location to upgrade my phone. The sales consultant, Debra Garcia, did an excellent job of helping me transfer all my files and apps to my new phone. It took literally hours and she was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. Also, the store manager went out of his way to get me the phone I was seeking. I highly recommend the customer service at this store!

We recently just switched to AT&T. The process was a bit confusing since we did it through a third party but then we went to the store on Boca Chica and Mary helped us out immensely and answered every question we had. Highly recommend it and ask for Mary!

This is a great store we walked in no waiting whatsoever Brandon help us with all our needs and he even introduced us to all the workers there that day including the manager. It was great service. Brandon explained everything and made sure we knew how to work the new phone and the plan as well. We will be going to this store again. Unfortunately they closed the store in Port Isabel Tx. So we had to go to Brownsville Tx. So thank you ATT
