I went there earlier today and this wonderful young lady helped me out, i think her name was morgan? I’m unsure but she helped me get all the products i needed for my hair! Great staff!

I was going to the store to get brand new clippers and the girl who was working in the store at the time name Carline helped me and convinced me to get a combo set. Not only that she helped me pick up some good beard products . This girl knows her products and she inform me of the deals that were going on in the store. To any one who goes to this store look for her because she is very nice and knows her product very well

They’re supposed to open at 10 am…and the door was still locked even after 10:30 am…came back and it was a young lady with a pink striped wig on. Unprofessional.

You really should stock up on items that are heavily sold, especially during this virus when no salons are open and people are forced to color their hair at home. Usually I’m pleased but curbside pickup is impossible with this company. You should atleast let you order for each individual store using the app instead of calling and asking if they have what you need in stock. Long process when you could cut out the middle man, just saying. Looks like a nice, new location- Although I have yet to be inside.

Went in on Oct 4th, 2021 around 3:30pm.

No one around but then a young lady came from the back. I asked I said I am looking for a tattoo cover. She said, "we don't have any". I was dumbfounded because MAKE UP covers tattoos. So I asked, is there any place close by that would carry something like that? She said "not really!".

Here is my problem. If you work in a Beauty store that carries makeup, you should know how to use makeup. I am a straight male, and I KNOW how to use make, blend, shade, etc. Why wouldn't a manager make sure their employees are trained!!! Atleast she could have done is show me the Cover bottles and say these are the best we can do!!!
