Burgundie was extremely friendly, helpful and professional; I was very pleased with the offers available, and everything was explained thoroughly. The process was handled efficiently and I received a great deal. Happy to return to this store for my AT&T needs.

Nadia was one of the sales representatives that greeted me at the door! She was very pleasing to deal with, she was kind and very helpful and got me in and out quickly!! I’m 100% satisfied with the customer service!

I apologize that I have not submitted this review sooner. I want to thank Nate for helping with my new cell phone. I purchased on November 3rd. I went from a Samsung AT&T GoPhone Samsung Express Prime Galaxy J3 2018 phone on prepaid plan to the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Being a senior citizen and how technology has changed Nate was very patient with me and took care of the problems I was having. Still have a few little things I can't figure out and I'll call and make an appointment with him sometime in next couple of weeks. One day I came in & Nate wasn't available and I think her name was Heidi helped me with a minor issue. Also all the people in at your Covington were pleasant and I enjoyed talking them.

My experience was awesome. I was taken care of And nothing but a few minutes and then people are so helpful. Thank you for being there for me.

I came into the Covington AT&T with quite a few things to handle. The sales rep who assisted me was not only able to completely handle every single thing I came in to take care of but she was friendly, kind, professional and extremely helpful!! If you need assistance with your service or equipment talk to Nadia W, she exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service! She was also able to look into my account and save my family a lot on my monthly charges!!!

Naida was amazing, staff was friendly and fast answered all of our questions and they were very knowledgeable. Came in for iPhone issues and Nate was very helpful helping my fiancé out with her Samsung as well, store was clean definitely will be my go-to store from now on.

I went into the store last Friday, and I was having a really tough day. Not only was Leylah extremely helpful, but she was understanding of my needs and she can help me way within my budget! Burgundy Greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in the location. She had an amazing spirit and she was very helpful we came in there to get things done and we got it done in a timely fashion. Burgundy is a wonderful person you should be more people like her in every location thank you AT&T.

Justin was amazing! He came in early to help me and my husband switch carriers. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Our bill now is half of what it was before with better service and new phones.

This is my all time favorite store! I’ve been an att customer for years and needed to come into the store to add my mom on my account so I could upgrade her from a 3G device. Burgundy was so helpful and patient with us. Thank you and I would recommend anyone coming to this location to see her she’s such a beauty.

I was told to drop off my equipment at an AT&T store. That was false information! BUT when I walked in the store the employees showed me mad love! I was spoken to right away and an employee explained that I have to drop my equipment off at a UPS store. I Highly recommend this location!

This store is absolutely amazing. I love coming here and seeing Jesse!!! He always treats my family with respect and he along with the rest of the staff are great with setting bills straight. If you’re going to make any AT&T purchases I highly recommend coming to this location. A++

My review is for my grandmother who went to this store to resolve an issue with her phone not working properly. She has a hard time with technology and she says she has never been treated with more kindness and patience in any cell phone store. Nadia did a fantastic job helping us. I wish it didn’t take so long to open the safe. Most of our time spent at the store was waiting for the phones out of the safe.

I got really GREAT costumer service from Justin. Helped me with a new phone for me and my mother along with accessories, he even got me savings on my account. I will be coming back in the future. Awesome ppl 👍
