Bought a great insulated puffer jacket on sale for $19 there the other day! And if that wasn't enough, they had a buy one get one free sale and got a second one for free! Can't beat that!!!

Omg.. Love love love the stylish looks, great pricing and quality of the clothing. You guys do not disappoint. Not only do I love the various clothing apparel the foot wear, are supper cute as well.
Don't sleep on Forever 21... You will be sorry you did.

Since forever 21 closed down in Nebraska, my girls were happy they found it here in Houston, Texas. They were able to buy a lot of things they been wanting.

Seems crowded with merchandise but when you don't wear "off the rack" size clothing, this place is a blessing. Took my 12 year old Grand daughter who is tall, and shapely and the clothes selection was vast for her, something we NEVER come across. Almost everything she tried on fit perfectly!

This store is huge, there is something for everyone. This would be the go to store if you are looking for a new outfit because it is so big they also have plus sizes. The best part if you are a shopper on a budget they have like 6 rooms of just clearance just for women yes it is fixed but they try to do the best they can to keep things cleaned and separated. Not the friendliest staff but if you do ask a question they don't have that whole attitude in their throat tone... Happy bargain hunting!

My 15 year old daughter loves this store. It's inside Baybrook Mall. It's huge. 2 floors which the escalator is located right in the middle of the store. Customer service is always quick and friendly as well.

Great store for any age and especially for teens and young girls and boys, good and friendly staff. It is and always been one of my favorite shopping places.

I have only great things to say about this location. I love it! Extra friendly floor associates, love the merch, and love how neat and cleat the floor is (only wish they'd fix the fitting rooms as alot are missing mirrors and need to be cleaned). I always spend 2-3 hours just in this store alone when at Baybrook and I always leave with several items on sale. Oh and love the songs they play when I'm shopping lol. Only thing is I could find much of a children's section but we did stock up on summer clothes from the mens section. This is my go to spot to shop! One more thing, I have never stood in line too long either. Not even at Christmas time. That's awesome!

This store really upped their game this Summer Season with an adorable, fun, figure flattering Womens Plus size section! They doubled the amount of clothes in this section. Great prices and Stylish jewelry, handbags, accessories, and cosmetics! Plus size teens and women will find the best deals in town at Forever 21 Baybrook Mall.

If you are open minded to working during the week, weekends, & holidays, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Please keep in mind, this is a standing position. If you have any issues standing for long periods of time, please reconsider a field outside of retail. There is a lot of traffic within the store, a multitude of diversity, and room for growth with this company. Please speak with a member in Management if you are interested in working a schedule that is not the typical 8am-5pm, M-F position, and if you enjoy fashion. -alz➕❤♡☝

Those female cashiers can be the best at suggested selling and helping out with fashion trends especially for a mom shopping for her teen daughter

So I just had a fashion emergency, where I got Taco Bell all over my brand-new Forever 21 shirt, and of course had to throw it away because Taco Bell explosions are of the devil! I ran in side, and the first thing that I noticed was Danni; she was quick with her service, and Beyond Goofy and professional! If you ever find yourself in a emergency fashion 911, seek out this girl, because I walked in wanting a replica of my old shirt, and of course because it is fast fashion, it was no longer there, but Danny made it to where I walked out with something that make me look 20 times better than before! Thank you girl!

Visit atleast twice a month. It's my one stop shop when I'm looking for a cute outfit, sunglasses, shoes or a cute simple handbag at an affordable price! I literally always leave with atleast 2 pairs of sunglasses everytime since they always have great sales!

The distancing we t fastr than I thought it would! The Covid protocols were being followed and I felt a little bit safer. They have soooo many goings 2choose from. Happy shopping!

I am so glad they re-opened it. I know they are expanding their plus size's, but legit when they have the sales they are worth going there and looking for affordable prices.
