AT&T Store

Great staff. Worked a long hot day with my (very old) phone malfunctioning, showed up hungry and grumpy to the store. Everyone was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Left with a new plan with $20 discount, new iPhone 14, and a nice Pelican case and screen protector. If y’all see this, thanks again.

Went in this morning because my phone fried Friday morning in the rain while connected to my Jeep. At&t sent me a new phone and it wouldn’t connect to my Apple Watch. I tried everything, to no avail! The doors opened at exactly 12 noon today and I was greeted by Saxon, cool dude knew his stuff. He immediately knew what to do to fix it, while fixing it another customer walked in and explained her problem and he fixed hers while fixing mine. Super cool and smart dude! He deserves a raise for sure! Thanks AT&T

Bought new phone today. Everyone was so friendly. Nikki was helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. It actually was a pleasant time spent there. Great staff. Dahlia was good too. She has amazing hair skills and pretty eyes

Erica and David were most helpful. They solved a problem that we spent 2 hours on the phone the day before and att could not solve. In fairness to the phone people, they could not comprehend the entire issue without physically seeing the phones, but that being said, the folks in the store were A+++! If I ever have an issues again, we suggest going to see these people!

I finally found a cellphone store that doesn't pressure/harass you just to make a sell. Jocelyn and Ryan were so helpful and will do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best possible deal. As a team, they make sure you understand what you're signing up for, but most importantly what you're paying for. They made the transition from another carrier as smooth as it could be. I know there are a few ATT stores out there, but why go anywhere else when you have this one. The staff there seem nice and helpful, but Jocelyn and Ryan will be my go-to employees when I go back. I will definitely be recommending them to any and everyone I know. - Sal

Jocelyn was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very quick. I went in on my lunch hour and still had time to eat. Nikki was also there and these two ladies are awesome!

Was helped by Nikki and Travis at the store when I bought my new phone and switched my service. They were great and explained all the things I needed to know. Super nice and the store was extra clean. I drove into deer park to this store after having horrible experiences at Fairmont and southmore locations. I recommend this place.

Jocelyn helped rearrange and upgrade our accounts...payment stayed the same BUT we got upgrade in service! Answered every question for the technologically challenge type like me!!! Wait times are better than other locations in area...best service around!!!

What a pleasant surprise! I spent 2 hrs on hold with ATT and gave up. The next morning, I stopped in this store and they had my issue resolved in 5 minutes! Very friendly and super helpful!

Finally found an ATT store with Knowledgeable and very nice help! Dayla and Veronica are top notch.
