AT&T Store

They’ve moved out of the mall and across the street by Starbucks. The new store looks great!

Levi and Brandon did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to help me . Not only did they resolve my problem they were prompt, efficient and KIND !!1 Thanks again AT&T for the great customer service.

After a long relationship with Comcast Xfinity that relationship is over like a bad breakup. But anyways I called for dish TV and put me in line with AT&t. Of course I have to wait 8 days for them to come and hook up my service which is fine. So the woman on the phone sent me down to that store. Well talking with Brandon and the store manager. I didn't catch his name. Excellent people. They got me a phone so I can use my TV and watch it through the hotspot on my phone. I was worried about the down payment. Zero down payment. They took care of me with my veteran discount. They made me feel like I was in actual person and not some small little guy begging for service. I would recommend these people 100%, especially that store inside of the Pittsburgh Mills. They are a great, great bunch of people. Honestly, I'm thinking about heading back and adding another line because these people were so good. Great promotions. I can't say enough good things about my experience yesterday. Thank you

This AT&T store is located inside the mall itself. We needed help to reactivated a prepaid account that expired because the phone technology was no longer supported. Tanner was very helpful in explaining what had happened, and what needed to be done first, i.e., to contact the AT&T main support line. Tanner also spoke directly with the support agent for a long time to patiently test out our new phone and SIM card to make sure that text, voice, and data are all up and running. I am very appreciative, and I will return to this store for future needs.

Levi, the young man who helped me replace a broken phone yesterday was very fast, knowledgeable, and very personable! He was extremely helpful and even got my bill lowered :)

Levi is the nicest dude I've talked to in awhile. Man really knows his stuff too. Def getting a s23 ultra now and I been apple all my life.

The manager Steve was awesome! We came in for a new phone for my husband, but I didn't realize that my phone was in need of an upgrade having used almost all of the storage. The deals going on right now are fantastic and so glad we took advantage of them! I love my new phone!

Tanner was awesome to work with!!! Can’t say enough good about this guy. Worked with us to get new phones, numbers switched over, price deals. He was excellent and so nice. One of the best places I’ve ever worked with to get my phone taken care of.

Brandon helped me immediately and resolved ever question and concern I had.

The Pittsburgh Mills Mall keeps going downhill sadly, but this store remains a positive experience each time I have to visit. The staff is knowledgeable and the store is always clean/welcoming. Hopefully should the Mall go under they remain in the area (kinda like how Kay's Jewelers went over by Five Below and Ross). Overall, this store is a shinning gem in the rough!

I have never in my life experienced such personable, kind, helpful and most importantly-patient- service in my life!!! Tiffany you will forever be referred by me!! Being a single mom of two, whom are at the age -that have my phone days on end, and it was time for me to make the dive into pricing for a family plan and giving up my prepaid $40 a month. The anxiety was at an all time high especially knowing I was only walking into the store with a measly few bucks in todays world. Tiffany not only completely took care of not only mama spoiling herself for once, but to provide for the broadening plan! You are a GEM! The colors she picked out AT RANDOM before evening knowing my wants/ were so on point I still think of it now! Cannot say enough about her, and for her being the manager I believe she is exactly what we dream of when wanting information that isn’t an up-in-the-air number puzzle. THANK YOU!

Chris did an awesome job helping us to upgrade 10+ devices on our business account. We would not have done so if I had to work over the phone- meeting in person was key and he went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy business customer!

Just upgraded phones. Mia was awesome! She walked us through everything and Charles let me see his personal Samsung flip because they didn't have a demo to show how it flipped. Highly recommend them both!

Was the first time went to att and actually left knowing exactly what I'd be would be paying for my monthly service. Usually think I'm going to be paying a certain price but when I get the bill there are all sorts of extra fees for things like insurance premiums extras like watches that I don't need but are part of the special promotion that was supposed to lower my monthly bill

I've dealt with the Pittsburgh Mills AT&T store for several years and the personnel have always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kam who set me up with my new phone. I encountered a minor issue the following day and Chris was more than happy to resolve it in a matter of minutes. Great crew!

The store I will give 5 stars. AT&T though is less. How many times must I tell them I'm a veteran before actually getting the discount...and keeping it?

The associate I dealt with I will say earned the 5 stars. I usually don't go to this store, but I went while I was in the area. I was very frustrated because I had enough of this billing problem. The man kept his composure while I showed my frustration. I could tell he wanted to respond in a similar way, but he kept his cool. Unfortunately I don't remember his name or else I'd commend him here.

So, are there any other veterans out there that should be getting the veteran discount that never do? The latest time I mentioned this was when I signed up for the unlimited data plan & we (the associate from a different store & myself) calculated what I would b paying and thought how I'm only going to be paying a few dollars (about $5) more than what I am now. Turned out to be $26 more.

I thought my next bill being higher was because of my switching & time in the billing cycle. The following month was just as high. Turns out yet again that the veteran discount was not there. Even though it was mentioned yet again when signing up.

So again I ask, how low long have I been overpaying & any other veteran that should be getting the discount?

Chris was awesome we came in 2 weeks ago he helped us we did what he suggested then we got a new phone. I came to At&t again brought my new phone he transferred everything which was awesome. I really didn’t know how to use the phone that good and Chris showed me everything I wanted to know. He was patient and considerate. Easy to talk to. I would recommend to come to At&t for everyone. I used to have Verizon. I would not recommend them to any one we payed insurance then we couldn’t use it so all that money was wasted. We have insurance with At&t and I got my phone with no problems. So please choose At&t!

It was great as usual. Jeremiah took care of us. He has helped us several times over the past 10 years with getting new phones. Our service was fast and we came home with goodies. Still working on phone. You have several outstanding service people at Pittsburgh Mills.

Came in to upgrade my kids phones and walked out with all kinds of credits and 4 new watches. Melissa was great and very patient with all of us. We have also worked with Zach and he is great too!

Chris was amazing, was able to switch me back to ATT after I foolishly went to Consumer Cellular. He was personable at every l level, friendly and the switch back was painless. So nice to have an ATT store to come to when needed. Five stars!
