The customer service was outstanding and friendly. They were super busy , but opened up extra registers to get customers out without a long wait. I will be going back. They even gave Kohl's cash that saved me $30 on my purchase.

Sales person was very nice, especially since I couldn’t see the numbers on the box. It didn’t bother her I called her multiple times !

I give this store and all the staffing a 5. It is such a fun place to shop, merchandise is beautifully arranged, pricing is good. A great addition is to have Sephora, I hope all other Kohl's stores are going to put one in. I did write a message on the survey about an employee named Marilyn. She has always been so kind, always willing to help and just a bright spot for me.

Variety of apparel, badding, bath and home improvement stuff. Kohls always give lot of discounts, coupobs and kohls cash.

Coming out of pandemic restrictions we visited & found a well-stocked store with good precautions still in place. Good products at very affordable prices. June, 2022: Good inventory levels. Cool temperature on a 105° day. Easy to find things & check out! 9-20-22: Temps are back to the 98-100° level & Kohl's remains cool & orderly with inventory available.

My visit was to return an amazon package. The young lady was super friendly. She had a great personality and was very personable. I was in and out although I did stop and browse. I bought a beautiful white jacket and headed on my merry way.

First choice when I need new clothes. Usually I can find what I need here. With the constant sales and easy to find coupons it really brings your price down. Not the spot for men's undershirts or underwear due to the prices but no big deal.

Our luggage didn't arrive with us. We were able to pick up clothes for everyone in the family very reasonable

Today was the second time for me to walk into a Kohl's. I returned a bra that I bought in Branson Missouri over a year ago with no receipt. Got a refund Buy credit to my account to be spent at Kohl's. Was looking for small lamps but they do not carry lamps or I couldn't find them. Great place to shop. Really good sales.
