We stopped in for my husband's birthday, and everyone had a blast. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a nice, calm atmosphere. My family is excited to go back!

Wow! The best, most friendly and welcoming service I’ve experienced not just in a Warhammer store, but honestly, anywhere. Patrick is passionate and knowledgeable about the game and the community involved in it. He was open to talk to me, a complete beginner, about painting technique, play styles, differences between the game versions, picking an army, and more. We will be back to support Patrick and his store and would highly recommend you give this place a visit!

This place is amazing. Patrick is amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been interested in warhammer for a long time now. He has made my adventure into this hobby enjoyable. There Is a great atmosphere with everyone who frequents the store, it is very welcoming. I have learned so much about the game and painting of miniatures.

Best Warhammer store I have ever been to. The store manager Patrick is very knowledgeable about the hobby and his passion for it shows from any aspect of the hobby, game, or books. He gives great painting/building lessons and really tries to make everyone feel welcomed in the community and to help you find the models you want. Couldn't recommend a better store!

Welcoming environment, live battles, and extremely helpful staff! Barely getting into warhammer and I started my first set.

First time coming into the store today and was really happy with the place. They had everything I needed and more and the the guy working there was alot of help. I'm fairly new to the hobby community and I see this store is going to be my new favorite place to get the supply I need.

Patrick is a gem of a manager, his customer service and passion for the hobby is inspiring. From helping new players learn the game and the hobby to having conversations with veteran players about the newest changes. This is by far the best game store in the AV.

Manager is very helpful and informative. He shares the same interest in warhammer as the customers do which makes for an even better experience! I love coming here whether alone or with friends to browse, watch games, or even just talk to the staff.

Recently got back into Dungeons and Dragons and mini painting. Heard about this store, looking mainly for Citadel Paints, and decided to take a look. My wife and I were greeted right away by Patrick, perhaps the owner or manager, who happened to be one of the friendliest and passionate people I have ever met in retail. He asked us what we were looking for, then asked other pertinent questions. After a little bit of browsing, we became interested in Warhammer itself, and even though it was pretty busy in the store, he managed to give equal attention to us and his other customers. We didn't have as much time available to stick around as we would have liked, but my wife and I are both excited to come back on another day and really get the full effect of what the store has to offer and the passion Patrick gives to the community.

Patrick is very helpful and knows his products well. I went in there unsure of what to actually get and he helped me find the right products and showed me examples of what the different paints looked like in use. Will definitetly be a return customer.

Awesome location with super friendly, helpful staff and a lovely welcoming community. I live far away from Palmdale but would gladly make another trip into town for this place!

I don't even like Warhammer, never have but my friend is into it. I came here to buy him a birthday present and the workers were so kind to help me find something within my price range that he would like. They even offered me to paint a figure with them. They are extremely kind would recommend

The manager, Patrick, is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help! After being out of the hobby for 15 years, he quickly got me up to speed and has a serious wealth of knowledge for the hobby.

Warhammer Palmdale is the best place in the valley to learn and play Warhammer. The Store Manager is knowledgeable about the products and does not push anything. I also appreciate that he upholds LA county regulations as it pertains to Covid.

Went to pick up an Eldar Wraithlord, Patrick is so friendly and helpful! There will be many return trips in my future, likely even for me and the lads to play once the tables are opened back up from covid.

Patrick, the guy running the store is friendly and informative. I went in as a complete noob by chance since I was walking by and I came out as a new customer. Great place to chill and build your models.
