Rescheduled package delivered immediately after calling to UPS customer care thanks to UPS to timely act on my delivery

I too have relied on this service since we moved to town. UPS stores offer a perfect variety of offerings for shipping needs - this unit is no exception. They've never had a cross word or attitude, and that's key in customer service. As I have been here enough to have a negative instance but haven't, I'll always give a benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise, which reflects my rating.

Zack at the East goshen UPS store was so kind and helpful. I am seriously nervous sometimes walking into places for returns because of people seeking annoyed but he was so pleasant!!

I have had multiple interactions with the people at this store both as shipper and recipient. In every case they have been highly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Every one has actively provided useful information and, when necessary, worked to resolve any issues.

I recently had a relative ship me a family heirloom sewing machine that got damaged from the journey. Not only did the the owner of this store take the time to help me gather all the info I needed to have my damage claim resolved, but he was such a pleasure to speak with. He took the time to explain all the details of how my claim would work and after that, he took care of the rest. He followed up with me without me having to check in and made sure my claim was resolved in a timely fashion. Outstanding customer service. If I did not currently reside out of state, I would go out of my way to visit this location for all my shipping needs.

I've come here a couple times before work with packages that were mistakenly sent to me. They open at an early convenience (8am) and are always quick and painless! They always know what questions to ask and help me anyway they can! Thanks for being awesome!

I’ve been here 20+ times, mostly for Amazon returns. Never had a bad experience, everyone is always friendly.

The people that work there are so kind and efficient. They all have Smiles on their faces and are so helpful all the time I go there which is often. Plus it's close to my house.

Unlike fedex where I can only talk to a machine and can't call a store directly. I was able to call UPS and speak with an actual person in the store and have my questions answered.

Never any damage or loss experienced. I just bring in my items and Jim and his group package them and send them off. What fantastic service.
