With a name like "Gourmet Beer & Wine", you'd expect some... well... gourmet beer and wine. This place has a pretty standard selection and nothing remotely interesting beer-wise. I ended up not getting any beer, but I picked up a mango rosé for my mom.

Asked for $20 change and was refused, even after I offered to buy something. Not sure why bad customer service, owner just kept vacuuming the carpet as I’m talking to him. I’m so confused as I’ve been there many times as customer. Don’t think I’ll go again.

Worst customer service beer store in Olney. Stopped going there because of the lack of service I received from the last visit, but decided to go and check them out again today for a quick stop. When i came in, I asked the guy about the pricing of a case of beer to hurry my time inside the store and the owner said, "Go over there and see", "it's over there. Just look".

Wow, thats the kind of service I look for when i go into any small business establishment....sarcastic tone.
To my original thoughts about the place, the service is the same. Boy, do they need to get a new owner in there. It took him another few minutes also to help me get some Poweball tickets, when I decided to not support his business. What rude attitude and service. I'm seriously surprised he is still in business😡
