Love Walgreens in Olney. Lori is a trusted pharmacist I've used for many years for myself and my family. The store staff are always very friendly and I never have to wait in long lines like at other local drug stores. Really like their app. I always know the status of any prescriptions.

Judith, the pharmacist here, is so incredibly helpful. When she was off, another pharmacist had to call her to walk through processing my prescription (it was not a routine refill) and she quickly walked them through the process. She’s always so gracious with her time when they are super busy, I really appreciate her help and will continue using this pharmacy because she’s so great at her job!

I’ve been here a few times, generally to use the pharmacy. When I called recently because I accidentally dropped half of my prescription in the parking lot, the pharmacist was very helpful. He ran everything over the phone with insurance to see if there was any way to get a replacement. When insurance did not cover it due to the mistake (understandably) he provided a few options such as calling insurance and provided a coupon to help.

Shout out to Jasmine, who provided really good customer service to us. She was kind, helpful, and professional. Thanking you very much for your kind service Jasmine.

Clean place and friendly service

My flu shot was administered incorrectly into my deltoid, did not use proper technique, by the cashier with limited to no vaccine knowledge. He had to ask what is a "quadrivalent" and had to ask the pharmacist for the manufacturer.

Go to an urgent care. Avoid. or at least make sure the person who is giving you the vaccine is certified, knowledgeable and capable.

I called to check on a prescription and dealt with Judith. She talked low and fast and I couldn't understand her. When I asked her to speak up she got EXTREMELY rude even yelling at me and accusing me of being rude. I have done business with Walgreens all over the country and I have NEVER had someone treat me as badly as the employees at this store. We're all just trying to get by why be so degrading and rude to the customers?

The pharmacy is amateur hour! Went to get COVID shots, long line of elderly folks being kept waiting, no status update. Lori was very rude on the phone and has a severe attitude problem (including cutting me off when she didn't know the answer and ending the conversation with an "m-hm", as if I had bothered her by confirming information about my appointment), but had no problem being chatty with customers in line and asking personal questions. If you don't know how to serve customers professionally and with curtesy, don't be in customer service! I was finally seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. They got my address incorrect on forms, asked me three times for the spelling of my first name (it's a five letter name, but these look like the kinds of folks pushed through by our great public education system, despite rudimentary reading, writing and reasoning skills). Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

the guy basically tried to accuse me of stealing. Before I even took everything out of my bad he goes “you know you have to pay for that?” HOW DARE HE. I got extremely uncomfortable so I just put the Walgreens bag back along with all the items that were still in the bag. It was a store manager. I felt embarrassed and so uneasy. Walgreens, you have officially lost. A loyal customer.

Don't go here for your flu shots. Nearby Safeway's offers 10% shopping discount and is much more pleasant experience that this place. The pharmacy clerks at this Walgreens have no idea how to do their job. Who is training these people for administering flu and covid shots? They seems to be very busy typing on their computer rather that actually helping folks who are in line to get their shot. I went in with my pregnant wife - the clerks were not wearing a mask and were making everyone just wait around. We were eventually called to the counter but then the clerk decided that he needs to start typing on the computer again for 10 minutes before asking us why we were there. As soon as I said we are both here for the flue shot he started asking a bunch of questions that are usually asked when someone is getting a covid shot. My pregnant wife had to stand around and wait another 20 minutes before we were given the forms and then another 20 minutes before getting the shot.

Was just at this location for a flu shot. Flu shot went well, however, multiple people walking around the store without masks, adults and children both. Pharmacy tech did not have a mask on for quite a while inside the pharmacy. When I asked about the mask policy I was told that people that are vaccinated don’t have to wear one. Sign is clearly on the front of the door that says masks are required, however, no one at the store is enforcing it, and no one is paying attention to it. If you care about not getting Covid, do not come to this Walgreens.

This place specifically the pharmacy is a disaster. Here for vaccination and the person at the counter dispensing the shot is more interested in sharing her life story with every single customer then doing her job. Just do your job is all we ask.

Wife and I went to Pharmacy Counter at 1:03 today. Tech and Pharmacist present, no other customers.
I told them we were here for our annual Flu Shot. Tech said it would have to be after lunch. I replied that I thought Lunch was from 1:30 to 2:00. Tech said they had a backlog of prescriptions to fill and preps for closing.
I said I was disappointed (that paying customers were turned away 27 minutes before Lunch starts.) PS Pharmacist did not say a word!
Terrible Customer Service!

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this Walgreens - customer service is horrible as well as the manager. I wish I got his name but he has no sympathy for those who are disabled and he is INCREDIBLY rude. Do better Olney Walgreens!

Lots of selection but prices are 2x to 5x the prices on Amazon. Also, the clerks could use a LOT of customer service training. Some of them act like they are doing customers a favor when a customer asks a question. I'm not sure how long this place is going to last because it's always nearly empty compared with the other drug stores in Olney

The website showed the store had some facial mask in the stock. Went to the store 4 times, only unable to get anything. The store manager told me she will reserve one for me in the register. I followed the direction to go back and there was none.The store staff has been trained to tell the customers different stories every time. I will never go back.
