I was picking up some poster prints. Shania was SO helpful and friendly. She told me about the free rewards program and I saved $15 on my order. Seriously so kind and went above and beyond to help me!

There's an African American young lady named Shaniya over in the copying and laminating area. She was very professional and nice. I left with a big smile on my face. Whenever I need to go to a Staples it will definitely be the Hyde Park location.

I just have to give a shout out to the girl who works in the printing area. I don't remember her name. Super nice black girl, and so helpful.

Amazing experience because of this sweet, awesome helper. Dayosha is her name. Where has this store been hiding this gem. She was so patient and eager to help. Smiling like an angel. Made me feel so welcome.

After having a terrible experience at the fedex kinkos nearby, I went to staples at YW suggestion of a friend. Sheniya spelling?) was a big help from the time I went into the printing area. She personally assisted me with operating the equipment, and helped me with completing my printing task. She is very efficient , kind and an asset to Staples as an employee. Thanks Sheniya for the great service and helping me when I was frustrated with my experience with a competitor. 😊

My review is specifically for Max O. at the Hyde Park location who helped me about 8 weeks ago (well overdue). He worked with me on several visits to perfect the colors of our wedding invitation-- which I was having trouble getting just right. Max was patient, friendly, and caring, and he offered useful insight for an important product to me that was likely just a small order for him. He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate his efforts! We will be back to print other final items for our wedding!

12/8/21 Kyle Crocker, general manager, was absolutely amazing with helping me with the printing of my Christmas cards. We were having problems with the size of my cards and the printer but Kyle expended 100% effort to get them printed to my satisfaction!

Went in with no appointment to see if someone could help me replace an ink cartridge printer wouldn't recognize for some reason. Tech was trouble shooting it trying different things he found online to try. After about an hour and 2 cartridges he got it working this man has great patience & Coustomers skills. Would highly recommend this location even though it's not the one I normally go to; this location was close to a doctor appointment so I didn't have to drive home then make another trip to the location I normally go to on Beechmont Avenue.

Every time I've gone here, the associates have been super kind and helpful! Their consistent kindness alone deserves your patronage. For example, one of them carried my printer for me up to the counter 😊

I went in today for help with my printing Project. Jason was beyond patient with me and made sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond, while juggling other customers. While they may be short staffed, Jason was awesome!!

Quick in and out the door. Excellent customer service, directed me quickly to the two aisles I needed to pick up my items and the cashier got me out the door in a flash.

Very helpful associates (2) along with cashier. I like to shop staples store on paxton road. I will return & used my $5.00 reward coupon today.
