The loveliest staff with the most on trend brands. This store is the epitome of my aspirational life. When I grow up, I want to walk in this store and buy anything without looking at the price tags.

Omg! This place is beautiful and the owner so generous and knowledgeable. I’m blessed I found this place!

Didn’t even get to take part of their 40 to 80% off sale. Owner said that her system was down and I couldn’t pay with Apple Pay. She even flat out told me that the store was too expensive for me and that I was better off shopping at Anthropologie (which I shopped previously) and Crossroads Alley. Nobody asked for her opinion. I shut her down by saying that my mom’s bank is linked to my phone and I can use it. What I didn’t tell her is that I use it only for emergencies if I fall short or waiting for a pay check. But still who did the woman think she was by telling me that?

The women at Anthropologie were very helpful and were trying to sell me their retail products. It was really their clearance that I settled for. They weren’t making stupid assumptions or acting grandiose. I was actually considering just buying a mug or two. It was small talk of my IBS-C which led me to leave the store with clothes because I wanted to feel like myself again and not be forced to wear stretchy clothes. But yeah the lady at Finn + Willow was down right rude. No wonder her store was deserted and she had to put up signs that said 40-80% off. Anthropologie did 40% off and was doable.
