I got monthly membership with Circle K to have refill once a day, and today they charged me for coffee !!!
I asked them I have my membership and I payed for it and I’m already using it at different locations every day with no problem, u even got my coffee for free yesterday right on this location!!!!!
She told me he is new! And here is circle k but it is Exxon too !!!! Simple as that they over charged me with funny excuses
Not acceptable at all
I don’t complain for 1 dollar but not acceptable and the way to deal with your customers who trusted you.
