AT&T Store

There was only one rep working when we arrived, but we were greeted immediately and felt welcome. Two reps from another location happened to come by to bring her food on their way home and noticing she was alone, they both stayed without hesitation to help her handle customers. All three were knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable. All three of them should be commended and recognized!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new phone at this store. Melissa is the absolute best! She went above and beyond from start to finish. I had no idea I was eligible for a discount but Melissa took the initiative to check. She was diligent, patient and thorough. The high level of customer service she provided is rare these days. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant. I wish I could rate my experience 10 stars. Melissa, thank you again for providing such superb service!

Service was excellent at this store! You couldn't get anything done with customer service on the phone with ATT. When I came in the local store, Mr. Garrick, the store manager answered all of my questions and provided me with even better rates and service. He also let me use his phone when my service was off. He was patient and kind. I found about services that I never knew were available. This will be my go to store from now on!

Julie was amazing! Felt like we were family the whole time she was assisting me with my upgrade. She walked me through the process step by step!

Adam was a great help with choosing a new phone and getting my Apple Watch synced with it. His Customer service was perfect. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about his products and services and they were able to assist me as soon as I walked in! No wait!

Melissa was the greatest. I just moved to area this year so this was my first time at this location. She met me at the door, ready and eager to help. I went in because my son cracked his phone but after reviewing my account she helped me discover all the many discounts I was missing out on. I mean this girl was so good! I added another line to my account with minimal price increases. She was very knowledgeable and because of that I will forever be a returning customer. I absolutely enjoyed my visit at this location. Stopped in yesterday to add a line and received exceptionally good assistance from Devon. He was super kind and kept a smile on his face even when I said no to the Apple Watch sales pitch. (I got the Apple Watch 🙄 Lol) I recommend visiting this location! Thank you, Devon!!

Adam was the sweetest and most knowledgeable employee and truly cared for each of his clients. He managed to multitask between me and another person effortlessly and gave us multiple solutions to our issues with our phones in order for us to decide what solution was best for us economically. I have never had such a rewarding experience with AT&T and will solely only go to this store because of his excellent customer service.

I must share my AWESOME experience yesterday! Due to my unique situation I had to visit the store multiple times. First, I would like to give a huge shout out to Jade'! Hands down the best customer service ever! She went over and beyond to ensure my experience at that AT&T store would be great. She called and texted multiple times ensuring my situation on the corporate side was been taking care of, she was patient, and most of all had a genuine/kind spirit. Unfortunately, due to her absence I was unable to conclude my business in the store with her but was fortunate to encounter other great people! Another huge shout out goes to Kyree and the manager Ms. Bernadette! They took my unique situation and handled it! They were patient and made sure through their excellent customer service, I was able to walk out with my devices! I thrive from great customer service and this is exactly what this store exemplified!

My experience was great. Chris did an excellent job walking us through the process of getting our new phones.
Bernadette was also very helpful and made sure we were treated right. I would recommend asking for either one of these fine people when needing something switched, changed or anything new.

Adam and his team were such an awesome help to me with getting my account set up properly, after I set my account up with a sales rep over the phone and nothing was right. Adam took the time to call AT&T and get me set up as a first responder.. You guys work well together with getting everyone taken care of that walked through the door. Came in to make a new AT&T account because my mom passed away. The manager Bernadette was absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped me and my family so much! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. When we got on phone with customer service at AT&T they were so rude and her calmness showed how professional she is. Would recommend her and her staff.

Shamiah really took care of me with my Firstnet service. My appointment was at 11:00 am and she was ready at 11:00am to handle business. I was in and out of the store quickly and promptly and I respect and appreciate that. Thanks again for a great experience…plus she saved me some money on my bill 😊
