Today I have been to the store, Michelle and Michael they were really helpful. I have never seen such sales person like that. Everyone should be like them because then only customers will love to come again and again to the store. The way Michelle and Michael handling the customers was too good.

What to say about H&M at the Mall at Millennia?

Great store with great location.
I love how they encourage you to recycle clothes by having you donate and giving you a small discount.
This is one of the few stores where there slim fit sizess fit me really well.
They are following social distancing and mask wearing.

So far the best H&M in Central Florida and the biggest so far! Super clean and organized, location is absolutely great and so much options of clothing. I hope this H&M will stay at this mall, it needs to stay here at Millenia! Other than that, beautiful store with many clothing options to choose from with adorable prices.

I was at H&M today in the Millennia mall & bought a pair of earrings. I left & about 1/2 hour later I realized that one earring was missing! I had carried them around in the store & thought maybe one dropped off.

We returned to the store and looked around, but couldn’t find it. I spoke with two store associate to explained the situation. Both said sorry you have to go back through the line (this was on a VERY busy Friday).

I bought these earrings to wear for my daughters baby shower tomorrow night and I was really upset. There was a gentleman working and he asked me if he could help me.

I explained the situation a third time and within two minutes he had the entire thing fixed and I walked out of the store with two earrings. Now THAT is Customer Service!!!

His name was EDISON and you guys really should make him a manager.

This place have lit and comfortable clothes at affordable prices.

Love this location. Frequent this place every time I’m in town looking for a quick fit or basics. Clean, friendly staff and organized.

The staff is really really nice and friendly. I usually go there for different seasons and I always find what I’m looking for. They make sure that the products are rotating, leaving some for sale as low as one dollar in accessories or underwear. Their sale section is amazing, you can find great products at an affordable price and leave the store with a great deal. I will definitely keep coming back to see what’s new. The fitting rooms can be a little bit more clean or they should change the curtains more frequently.

Items were expensive. Decided not to buy anything.

Highly recommend, I was in a last minute predicament and 2 employees jumped in to help and thankfully was able to find an outfit for my son to wear at his uncle's wedding out of state. So appreciative to them ❤

My first H& M. I was surprised at the variety of styles and size options!

Courteous, friendly and efficient

Definitely the most bang for your buck of any store at this mall. if you're looking for something on the expensive side, check here first and you'll probably find something very similar at a much more reasonable price. The clothes you buy here probably not going to last forever, but who expect them to.

They have some nice clothes in in their establishment about the shoes from there.

They had some good sales here but the lanes was too long. Didn't have time to wait.
