Alicia was very helpful! I will use this location again because of her excellent customer service. I ordered online and my order was ready when I walked in. It looked great. Alicia walked the balloons out to my car with me and gave me advice on how to make them stay inflated longer. The balloons were good for well over 12 hours. Thank you!

Don is a great manager and has helped me out the past two times I’ve been at this location and had a question. He’s friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciate that!

Went in to check out Halloween costumes for my children, they have a large selection to chose from. I like that the costumes are not out in the store on a rack. The costumes are a picture on the wall, you chose what you like they get it from the back and there are fitting rooms available. The pricing is average, just about the same as other Halloween stores. The store was very clean and put together.

Amazing with ballon arrangements!
I came to this location after many years of going to the one closest to me on Westport road. I come to party city mainly for plates and balloon inflation. The Westport road location has gotten smaller. NO color or selection that you want in plates or napkins and the balloon arrangements after 4 times of me coming have been a disaster. They don’t use ballon clips, balloons are always bundled together in a mess (something a child could do) I had one ballon popped when I picked up (one that I had purchased somewhere else to blow up) and the “high float” started only lasting 4 hours. Which I came to the conclusion I was paying for high float but never getting it. All of this didn’t used to be the case until they made their store smaller.
Decided to try a different location for my next party and was weary. Used the balloon delivery and OMG. My arrangements were delivered as should be, balloon clips, they were actually ARRANGED and the high float lasted as should. Almost 24 hours.
I’m upset I didn’t pay the delivery guy more. I assumed they used a party city van and got paid for gas (I’m not sure) but they showed up in a personal car to deliver my balloons.
Everyone at this location is so kind and they do a great job at balloons and LISTEN to the customers requests. Selection in party supplies is what a party city should be! Highly recommend!

We had to go this location because the one right by our house did not have the balloons we needed in stock. It was worth the drive because the lady that helped us here was so sweet! Made the inconvenience of driving out of the way much better. Kindness goes a long way!

The store was clean. Staff was friendly. They had everything I needed and more. HUGE selection of crepe paper, which I needed. They had mystery squishmallow bags, which I didn't need but bought haha. Perfect place to gather your party supplies

Everything was nice and neat and stocked up

Neat and orderly. Many selections for kids parties, wedding showers...baby showers. This particular store had great staff too.

Abby assisted us and checked us out, was incredibly friendly and helpful and answered questions about specific products. The customer service alone is enough reason to return, but the layout and cleanliness of the store, and sanitizing stations will ensure a return visit!

Found everything I needed for Dr Seuss day

I came in at 8:45 on Thursday night 5/24 to get a small order of balloons. Caroline helped me. She was friendly and provided fast, efficient service. She even answered other customers questions while working on my order. She deserves a raise!! There was another employee there, possibly a store manager who seemed to be upset over having to deal with customers. She is a shorter lady with short blonde hair. She was very loudly barking orders at Caroline as she was dealing with an unhappy telephone customer about a cancelled balloon purchase. She then continued this harsh tone as she rang out customers and announced on the PA that the store would be closing soon. I suggest you coach this manager on how to provide excellent customer service. Throughout it all, Caroline handled it with ease and patience. Way to go Caroline!! Come see me at Avail if you need a job when you’re 18! 😄🎈Thanks for the balloons Party City!

Ty and Kaitlyn were AMAZING. Kaitlyn (spelling) went out of her way to help me and bring me out Sonic stuff from the back. Ty was extremely patience and nice. This is the best party city

Excellent choice of party needs and accessories, hundreds of items to choose from and easy access to the store and parking lot. You will find that it's relaxing atmosphere is Pleasant and interesting to the senses. Center of Hikes Point area, can almost see it from the main road.

Great...had every color plastic tablecloth you would ever want.
Like every place, they need workers but you hire them and they don't show up. So sad the country has such lazy people!

Party City has a wide variety of party supplies, with prices comparable to the large discount stores. Employees are friendly and courteous. Also, during this time of Covid, they are offering curbside pickup for online orders.
