Felt the need to chime in with my experiences here after reading several of the reviews. I enjoy the experience with this pharmacy team better than any of the other ones I have dealt with in the area.
I have been filling prescriptions here monthly since this location opened several years ago and I consistently find them to be friendly and courteous. Long waits are almost always a result of the staff patiently helping other customers who have questions. It may be annoying in the moment but I can appreciate them providing the same attention and courtesy to those customers that I would like to receive myself, if needed.
Just my experience, but I would recommend using this pharmacy to anyone who asked.

Surprisingly very busy compared to the bad spot it's really sits at it's kind of hidden from the Main Street.

It's a store not much to it. Always have everything in stock and a nice clean atmosphere

Always have my orders ready, when they call, and they answer your questions about the medication💊 your taking. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Half a dozen people working in this pharmacy (some clearly not working), and I still had to wait 35 minutes for my vaccination appointment, which ended up taking literally less than 30 seconds. During that time, they only had three customers come to the counter. If someone had just said 'sorry for the wait,' I wouldn't have posted this.

I made an appointment 8 days ago for the Covid booster and flu shot. I was the first appointment of the day, yet I had to wait more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time despite arriving early. Slow service.

Pharmacy staff is not very friendly and they seem to lack customer service ability. With all the options available for prescription needs you would think customer service would be important. Will be switching to another pharmacy.

Horrible Customer Service! Went to drop off a package for a FedEx pickup. One employee was trying to pretend she didn't work there so she didn't have to help. The other employee who was at the front register, didn't even offered to help or get someone. The guy that was a the photo counter, was working on something, turned and saw I was waiting and turned back around. Didn't offered to get the first employee to help or anyone. Walked out and went to the Dempster location and was helped within 5 minutes. Skokie Blvd location sucks! Find another location to go to.

Truly terrible pharmacy. I have never been able to get a prescription filled here without some sort of problem. In addition they are never helpful or apologetic about the problems.

Went for my Covid vax and they’d run out the day before but didn’t contact me. I assume that this level of incompetence applies to everything they do and anyone who gets a prescription from here could be endangered. Avoid at all costs.
