Lots of available clothing and household items. It was easy to return and exchange several items. Service was friendly and efficient.

Very big store, always a lot of good deals.

I like this location and I do not mind traveling 20 minutes from home. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. The cashier was joyful and courteous. I got a good discount on my purchases. I enjoy being able to try on the clothes.

Love JcPenney store, their wide variety of clothing.
Truly wish some of the styles were available year long versus only at the start of school year. For example slacks and blouses for work.

Dressing rooms need attention. Staff should focus on maintaining the dressing room clean.

I went to pay off my balance and the person that helped me didn't listen when I told her the balance. I had to show her so I hope I don't owe anything anymore.
But after that I bought a beautiful sterling silver cross necklace.

So appreciative of the staff at this location in Weslaco. I was trying to buy something online, but it wasn't letting me select curbside. I called the store and asked if there was any way they could assist me since I was unable to get down and enter the store. They were able to get permission from the manager to have me purchase my item curbside and came to my truck to collect the payment and everything. Again, I appreciate them going above and beyond in their customer service. Thank you!

I'm a big JcPenny fan. I love the sales and deals with the coupons and rewards dollars. I can usually find gifts for my friends and family. They don't just have clothing. They have bedding, appliances and makeup. This store has it all.

It's a nice store and the lady at the cosmetics was super nice and was very helpful. The only bad thing is that the store is always hot in that store and the good thing is that they have fans on the floor to help with heat

Went in for two things, came out with a lot more! Easy to park, store was cool and not muggy, sales GALORE, salespeople had just the right amount of interaction. And, sales staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll go back soon!

JC Penney is a great store to purchase all needs. I especially like the fact I am able to order on line and pick up at the store. If it doesn't fit, there is no question and will return it with the reciept.

Love their Weslaco location. It must be the less visited store in the RGV, but I prefer it that way.

I always enjoy shopping there. It that l have been in a slump that effects we going shopping a lot less than before. I miss going to shop when l felt l was new clothes or anything else l would like to have. They do have nice and good things to buy.

Store was nice and neat! That says a lot, especially being 3 weeks from Christmas. They have a nice big selection.

This place has good prices. I think that people will be happy with the deals they have. They also give out coupons for future purchases. Things are also cheaper if you use the jcp card. You can also order things online and pick them up at the store if you need to and can't find what you need at the time. You can also order online ahead of time to pick up at the store. It is well organized and plenty of people to help out. They do need more changing rooms though. For some reason they have most of them closed off.

Im'ma talk about the Sephora in there. It was nice, well stocked and clean. The girls there helped my friend get just the right color of makeup she needed. Really nice, good place to get an experienced opinion.
