Nice and clean. Its more organize than the other united supermarket stores around Lubbock. I love the fact that there is more space in every aisle to move around.

This is one of United's new supermarket,our first time there since it's opened. The set up is different from the one we usually go to, aisles are alittle bigger. I like this store it's alittle further from the one we go to but I like the open feeling.

I love the idea of having Evie Mae's in United Supermarket and making it accessible BUT why can't you make enough for the day? It's not good business to make your customers wait several hours for more food to be made. If you know you're going to run out, make more. You obviously need to adjust how much is being cooked. Yes, you run the risk of losing some food and therefore money but you keep your customers happy.

Best grocery store in West Texas and the breakfast pizza is delicious

Love United Grocery store all the employees are very helpful answer any questions that you have, I love that they sack the groceries and carry them out for you. I will always shop United because they have great produce and their shelves are better stocked than any Walmart!❤❤

Good store, great meat selection, and wine selection. It is one of the better grocery stores in Lubbock.

Very nice new supermarket

I want to give extra praise to the pharmacy. I'm 77 years old and this is by far the best I've ever used. The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and careful.

Went to this location on Saturday to buy $650 of assorted gift cards. We were sent to the front counter where we were greeted by Kara. She was very friendly and took great care to make sure all the cards were activated while multitasking to run the front end. Service like that is great!

This location is great, especially compared to other, older locations across West Texas (Midland's need major updating). Nice to have nearby! While I like HEB, the new one in Lubbock is always crowded and the parking is chaotic, like it's a tourist attraction. Think we'll stick with this United.

Except for higher prices, the place is clean and have good assortment of food. Vegetables and meat are good.

Excellent experience, everything was awesome, and the layout is wonderful and big. You can get around people easily, unless they're taking room up in purpose. But that would be hard to do in this store! The cashiers actually have customer service and don't make you feel like a problem or inconvenience. Definitely a step in the right direction!

It's always nice to go there. They got most of what I need. The cookies I must get every time I go. I love the bigger parking spaces way better than HEB's tiny spots. It's my go to place. Plus all the yummy food options? Yes please.

By FAR THE BEST GROCERY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN LONG WHILE!!!!! THE staff was helpful even to the extent of getting down on their knees to get 2 cans of green beans I could not reach.
Oh, and off the charts on customer service in the deli where the manager went above and beyond to assist me.
To finish it off, I was in self check out, and when I was done, a very polite and customer friendly fella helped me to take the groceries to my truck!

Always so nice here. Ask them where anything is and they will make to help you find it . Just love this store, always fully stocked. Clean and help you to your car with groceries.....not like some other stores in Lubbock. The food court is a great thing as well, food is great, I always seem to miss breakfast though, as it only goes till 10.... My own fault. It usually the best meal there. The coke machine is always a little flat, but most like it that way. Tea is good.

Excellent selection of products in store. The service was fast and friendly. I had the option to check out on my own but there were plenty of open and staffed registers with smiling faces. We love our United Supermarket. Best in Lubbock!

This is a very nice, new, and clean store. They have Evie Mae's BBQ, both hot food and packaged, although that is pretty pricey. They have a bar and you can walk around with your drink if you choose. There is a patio, but I didn't check that out. The meat dept is really nice as well. Also they have a gas station at this store.
