Are you like me and absolutely hate going to the phone store? Well this place has you covered. I found this location by looking at other reviews and let me tell you, this place is amazing. They had us laughing and having a good time the entire time we were in the store. They were thorough and didn't try to sell us junk that we didn't need. But when we asked for specifics or recommendations they were ready to give input and try to save us a few bucks. I honestly can't wait to go back when we upgrade my wife's phone. Thank you Steph and team.

Thomas, Bailey, and John were all very helpful and made my visit a in and out breeze and solved my issue I was having and I only stopped in to find a case for my new fold and walked out happier without issues on my account that I didn’t know I could have them fix and a case and 2 new chargers. Very knowledgeable and definitely worth 6 stars, not 5.

We were in and out. Thomas helped us figure out what was going on, and gave us advice on how to fix an issue with our hotspot. Overall amazing service, and would go back if we have any concerns or questions.

I got the text message survey and I accidentally selected the wrong answer. I meant to click 5. Stephanie set my wife and I up with a quote on the new Samsungs. We missed the original promotion by 1 day. Not upset about that. It was on us. We still went into the store. Stephanie was busy helping another customer and set us up with one of her reps. She assured us that he would take care of us. And he sure did. Sean was absolutely amazing and was beyond helpful. Both of them were as good as gold. My wife and I left happy as could be. We would not recommend any other locations except this one.

Everyone working here, specifically Theodore, was amazing. They were able to get me into a phone and plan that I both love and can afford. They are all very friendly and create a upbeat atmosphere.I would give 10 stars if possible. Amazing work!! So happy with my new phone.

This store is the best location in the Cumberland area, and Steph is one of the most helpful employees at the store. When I needed a work phone, Steph assisted me from start to finish in about 15 minutes without any issues. So thankful to have a store with great people close by.

I had the most wonderful customer service I have ever had here! Marcus answered all the questions i had in such a polite and informative manner. He was super friendly and suggested great options when I was unsure of things. If anyone needs any help in this service I would recommend seeing Marcus, he was amazing 👏

Stephanie has worked her rear end off for the past week making sure that our account has set up correctly. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Would definitely recommend getting your devices and or accounts set up at this location.

Had a great experience at this store when trading in phones and purchasing accessories. Steph and Sean were awesome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will be dealing with this store from now on for all my cell phone needs.

Marcus is someone who actually cares about the customer. I had an issue I could tell him he genuinely cared about me and really wanted to help me. This store is phenomenal and really cares about the working person. Come here any time you want to update a plan.

Do NOT go to the mall. They are crooks there. The at & t in Cumberland is honest. Marcus works here and he is a real American hero. When you pull into the parking lot, if you see a truck with a Christian cross and American flag then he is working. He is the the most honest sales person you will ever meet. Its refreshing to see a salesman who does not care about commissions and focuses on the customer and they're needs. He lowered my bill by over $100 and got me HBO and unlimited data. Marcus is a Veteran, and really is an American hero. He served this country in the military and now attending nursing school. It's great to see such a young man with that is so respectful and accomplished. There's no doubt in my mind that young man will go far in life. If you want honest service skip the mall and go to Cumberland.

The Park Street location staff were awesome! I had went to the Country Club Mall location earlier today and had awful serve and was lied to about everything and they even added $40 a month insurance to my plan without even asking. Marcus, Stephanie and Theodore at Park Street were so fun to work with and explained everything to me and answered all my questions and told me all the things that were done to my account without my permission. If you want awesome service go to the Park Street location.
