The staff member, Sabrina is awesome. She went above and beyond today, she even used my phone to call Amazon to get the correct QR code, while still servicing other customers. So grateful to have her helped me today. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Sabrina provided an exceptional service. She came out side and held the door open for me while I am bringing the cart in. She is also very calm and professional. Very satisfied with Amazon return process.

This is the best UPS store in Wayne County!
They made shipping my personel stuff so much easier. I am moving to texas and had around 200lb of package. They gave me the best deals and helped me pack the stuff in a convienent way (big boxes)! I am so happy with their service. I tried another branch and they wanted to bill me double the price with multiple boxes. I cant believe how lucky i was coming to this store!!!

Lori, Chris, and the crew are incredible. Had an unfortunate issue that occurred with a package that wasn’t their fault or mine. Lori kept in contact throughout the entire process, was very understanding and empathetic, and handled a situation that she had to take over from another manager incredibly well. Incredible person and team to work with. Highly recommend them for all of your shipping needs. Unfortunately not all of the UPS locations would have handled this situation the way they did, so I’m definitely grateful to have them in our city. 11/10 recommend!!

This UPS store is hands down my top choice in the area. Despite having other locations that are closer to my place, I consistently choose to come here because I have always had exceptional experiences with their shipping services and other offerings, such as public notary. The staff at this store is not only friendly but also remarkably efficient. Even during peak times when there may be long lines, they manage to keep the wait time to a minimum. I truly appreciate their willingness to address any inquiries I have and assist me in preparing shipments and documents.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life in this store today. Sabrene (spelling) just took control and helped get all my labels on for the returns I had to send. She went above and beyond, the extra mile to help me and she and all of the staff were just super professional. She mad a boring chore, fast and easy. Highly recommend this UPS store!!!

This is by far my favorite UPS location. They’re always open on the weekends and their staff is so friendly. The young lady that works on Saturday and Sunday is the sweetest and most helpful person, she should be promoted. The store also has supplies and a USPS drop box if you’re looking for those. This location, along with the flat rate 3 day ground shipping for almost everything I ship, are the main reasons I choose UPS over competitors.
