AT&T Store

This store was an experience like no other.. the staff was wonderful. The 2 gentlemen and the female staff was a pleasure. When I say I've never experienced a wireless store with a full staff and a staff that loved their job. During my wait for my x carrier to get on the line this staff kept me laughing and made me feel like a priority.

I like the environment so much I even expressed if I wasn't leaving for the winter , this would be the place I'd like to work..

Back to my experience it was a team effort and the team understood the assignment.. They accomplished what 5 calls to att couldn't.. Again Kudos .. This was a World Class Customer Experience

Charlie was there to help me find a new phone because I had to replace mine, but he was very professional and his customer service was a very good experience for me. Great job to him for being so professional.

The guy that waited on my son in law and myself was very friendly and helpful. He asked my son in law where he was employed and then proceeded to tell him about the discount and extras he was able to get by working at the Lowe’s Distribution Center. He gave me options of color to choose from and when I told him red because I’m a big Alabama fan he said he noticed the shirt that I had on. It was the championship shirt LoL 😂🤣 I got tickled when he was telling us about getting a survey for our experience with him that day he asked me if I’d give him a 5 if he said ROLL TIDE!! I told him I would and that he also earned it!! I’ve been to the Madison,IN AT&T store twice now and I have gotten excellent service from the employees there!!

Went to have phone number put in new phone. She took the time to transfer everything we needed to new phone. Showed us how to use it (might have to go back and get more tips). She worked with us for about an hour. I told her I would give her 5 stars. Very friendly and very very friendly and helpful 😄 Heres your 5 stars I promised. Thank you!

Joseph is very knowledgeable! He makes you feel like a real customer instead of just a sale.

Literally the most patient manager ATT has because this woman can talk for two hours straight to solve a customers problem and make sure they’re set before leaving. Give her a raise and an extra week of vacation.

If you ever need any help make sure to ask for Charlie! He was very professional and patient with me & figuring out my Iphone.

Went to the ATT store in Madison today! Worked with the sweetest girl her name was Madison (LOL) she was so helpful and patient!! IF you ever go in there make sure to ask for her!!!
